Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

For users/staff that do not know the context of this situation, I will try to recap as much as I know, starting with the very beginning of this situation. The beginning of this post will be more a timeline, than a following for why I should be unbanned.


February 21st - "Harrasment Ingame" by swayze
A report is created by the player benz/swayze/quesa (whichever alias she uses ingame) that involves my friends and I "harrasing" her. In the post included two links, a youtube link going to the player Queso's channel, and an imgur link that was not working. The youtube channel's info included both Queso's full name and real face. With this, I commented on this post "your imgur link isn't working mr. (queso's last name)." This post was not removed nor interacted with until I told Blue about it after my removal. With that in mind, I would think other staff would have noticed this detail and Queso as well, so there would be no problem with that post.

The youtube link as of now goes to an error page, as Queso has changed had deleted all his past videos and edited all of his youtube channel information to match his in-game profile. Linked below is the forums report, moderators I believe should be able to see my post that is now hidden and the date it was hidden. For the sake of Queso's privacy, I will not link the image showing his past channel info. I will DM staff the image if they wish to see it.

March 2nd(?) - The Sit with Lean.
For this part, my memory is a bit foggy on the date of the sit, but I can remember this happening somewhere after the first of March. This was a situation that happened in-game. I changed my job name to Queso's name plus "HATER," went up to him in the mayors office, and stood in front of him. If I'm correct on this, there was maybe one other person who was in the mayor's office for a bit when we were there, but walked out after a bit. This player's name is unknown and is most likely not important, but I thought it would be important to note. With only us there in the mayors office and that one other person for a bit, Queso calls a sit on me. Then, Lean accepts his sit and demands I change my job name, which I had complied to do. The sit ended a few seconds after I changed my job name. This is the only warning given to me to not use his name in any situation.

After this sit, I told Queso about his youtube information being his name, to which he would change his channel info and delete all videos (As stated in the February 21st section).


March 15th - Removal
This is the date of when staff decided I would be removed from the community, restricted from accessing the forums, discord, and server. I would message Blue about what was going on, which he would explain why I was banned.

In short of why I should be unbanned, I never had malicious intent or planned for any harm to be done to Queso, I thought he wouldn't care about it because of him having his youtube channel that has his full name on it publically posted on the forums via youtube link. I understand now how he feels about it and apologize for using his name in vain.

If by a slight chance I would be unbanned, I stand by my word that if I ever mention Queso's name, quote his words from his now deleted youtube channel (ex: fakking fakking recording), or attempt to make conversation with him, I would be kept permanently banned from the server. Think of this as a restraining order of sorts.

If any other screenshots or evidence is found past the admin sit from Lean, please post it now.

I think you're ban shouldn't have been a perma in the first place and definitely not a removal. I'm very in support of an unban I believe you've been banned long enough to learn from this mistake. +1 for unban

The whole ban reason was stupid and a perma shouldn't have instantly been put in place, along with a removal from community. I'm with the unban should you not do this type of stuff again. +1 for unban

I'd say you served your time, you dont need to not ever talk to queso, but you do need to never do something this dumb again. You should have definitely known better, especially with the whole markcx business happening before all this.


A perma ban may not have been the right call, and I'll admit that, but the sit lean gave you should have never been a verbal.

I agree, I don't think you should've been banned permanently, on top you've been banned long enough.
I do believe you've learned from your mistake, just don't do it again and we'll be all good. Good luck.

The perma ban wasn't necessary if I'm being honest. You served enough time and I haven't seen you going around cause trouble while you were banned. +1
