You're not extremely new but your kinda new, I'll give you a +1 on the warn being removed since you're at least being honest that you were in the wrong, which I appreciate. Also I'm pretty sure it didn't say you were a brand new player, and NLR is like a basic rule in darkrp you should know. Since it's your 1st warn and you were honest in the sit, I guess I'll give a +1 for the warn being removed as well, but at the end of the day it's just 1 warn... nothing terrible. The purpose of appealing a warn is to remove INVALID warnings. If the staff member who warned you wants to remove it at their discretion, then they can do so, but they are not obligated here. I've seen you around enough to know that you should know better, new player or not. The rules exist to provide regulations, and breaking them has a consequence for a reason. Personally, I'm of the opinion that your warn was entirely justified. As Claudette mentioned, I wouldn't consider you a new player, and I'm fairly certain I've seen you on a custom character. With that, plus the fact that your warn was justified, I'ma give this a solid -1 for removal. Blue. Posted March 12, 2021 Share Posted March 12, 2021 Honestly I think since this is your first warn, it will serve as a good reminder to follow the rules more. If you look at the list of reasons for NLR in the NLR rules tab, you'll see this: Jimmy going back to Jimmy's house after raiders raided it and killed him NOT ALLOWED You'll also see this in the first paragraph of the NLR Rules: If you did die in a raid/heist, its simply over. You CANNOT come back and continue raiding/defending unless you die to a natural event. Because of this I honestly think you should use this warn as a reminder. Trust me, 1 warn is nothing, your record is not tainted badly. I have bans for RDM and MRDM, as well as 8 warns, but they are when I first started playing and didn't really read the rules. Some things aren't written down in the rules and usually come down to learning from others or personal experience. We are currently working to fill in some of those gaps.
