Bug Description: This guy was playing Judge Gabe and he was down on the floor and it said "Save this man" because of that one talent, but he was still able to shoot while downed. How to reproduce: I guess just become a cop with that talent and go down. Priority: Medium

Mayors are allowed to make a law that says "Inside PD lobby is KOS/AOS". I don't think that kind of law should be allowed because it doesn't make since why the Mayor/CP, people who are supposed to protect you, can just kill you for trying to get armor. I get that some mayors do it to protect themselves, but SOME people do it just so they can have fun killing people. It makes since if the mayor is allowed to make going past the 2nd door in PD KOS because they are just doing it for protection. But getting shot up right when you walk into the lobby, trying to get armor or health, isn't fun. One last thing, how am I supposed to call the cops if I can't even buy a phone because the cops just shoot me on sight.

I think that the "Precious Life" gang talent should have a icon above your health bar, telling you when Precious Life is ready to be used again. I know that there is a 5 minute cooldown, so you could just pretty much guess when it will be ready to use again. I think all of this because Precious Life can change what you do in a fight. If both of you are low health in a fight and you know you have precious life you could just rush them, but if you dont know if you have Precious Life or not you have to play cautiously. This is my first suggestion ever so I dont know if its good or not, but oh well.
