CaptainBlack645 Posted January 25, 2021 Author Share Posted January 25, 2021 Also what sticks is saying is a lie I did not revolt and was not waiting he killed himself during the raid then came back during that raid it show's him going back to the raid in the video he just put up also the video like I said was before the sit on me and then I was tolled that I needed to stop harassing them so I did and leaved them alone then a while later I received a hit from a player to complete so I did with a sniper I did not raid the base to kill my hit only sniped him then continued to roleplay I don't think I deserve this ban because I was role playing and did nothing wrong. I think the 2 moderators that did take the sit saw that I didnt do anything to stoke the fire before or after the initial sit for making sure he knew to not continue harassing was made. Zesty Posted January 25, 2021 Share Posted January 25, 2021 Since my name was kinda thrown a bit, I think I should be able to say something, I never placed a hit with the intention to kill the people that called a sit on captainblack, I instead placed it since they were people that'd we'd have general basing / raiding fueds with, I recognize names of people who raid my gang members pretty well, and him placing a hit on one of those just made me point towards that reason. I wasn't on when the whole sits went through, I was never in a party with them / in a discord call with them. When captainblack told me about the whole situation, I don't believe sticks name came up once in the whole thing, I completed the hit, then placed one on piklas for captainblack. No one said that you were in the wrong as you were only involved because you placed the hit on Piklas, and completed the hit on me. This is regarding whether or not CaptainBlack placed a hit on me, and completed a hit on Piklas (the two people he was JUST told he needs to stop messing with) out of just a lack of judgement, or out of a direct disregard to the staff ruling that was given. And then his party / gang proceeds to talk shit about them EVEN FURTHER, and proceeding to laugh about what they did. His friends should honestly be held accountable too, but that is besides the point. Like it's not even an argument at this point. What they did was intentional, and methodically planned, to take words from some other people, be as annoying as possible while not being annoying enough to get banned for it.
