I was doing nothing in the wrong. I was role playing and going about my business and a friend of my placed a hit on a member that I was called in a sit for to not associate with them and because. I was a hit-man doing my job. I don't think there is anything wrong with that and I also wanted nothing to do with them I was just doing my job. I also never asked anyone to specifically place a hit on anyone or neither did. I constantly attack them after I was told to stop harassing them and I also knew what was gonna happen if I did continue so I did stop. Also me saying things has nothing to do with them or should concern them unless it's something that I've done.

You and ZestyBoi both placed hits on Sticks and Piklas, you and them were told to leave each other alone and you persisted with hit placing on both of them, and saying something along the lines of "Their base is so easy to raid" and that you'd raid them. You raided them after you got a hit on them when they had a building sign. 

 

Ban was also decided by @Kilobyte after the situation was explained, I then carried it out.

I did get a hit and a hits a hit I also did not raid only killed my target with a sniper from outside the base and there is noting wrong with that also again I did not specifically ask anyone to place a hit also I placed one on sticks because I wanted someone dead that is roleplay not harassment and never did harass them again or at all.

Me and Tyz also talked and it seemed like it was loop-holing what I said, like you were trying to annoy them without getting in trouble because I said to leave each other alone unless its RP. I was also told that you were raiding them (with a build sign), not just sniping them, so that leads me to reconsider my point, but so far I do not see anything wrong with this ban.

It may yes look bad that we both placed hit but zestyboy randomly placed a hit and I placed a hit. Now that I think of it it dose look like we purposely placed a hit but it was nothing like that we were both just role playing I also did not raid I clearly killed my target and then continued to roleplay. Also again like I said me saying things has nothing to do with them or should concern them unless it's something that I've done.

Yep, it does look pretty bad. There’s no reason the 2 people you were in a sit with for harassment should have hits called on them specifically right after, this aint a coincidence bro. i aint buying it

 

you also said you did not raid, but you fired a weapon into someone’s base to kill them, quite literally the definition of what a raid is. You don’t have to be inside of it to start a raid.

Hello, I was one of the people who reported Captain Black for harassment. He had been continuously targeting me and my friend Piklas specifically, so we had a sit called where the staff members Tyz and Koda determined that we will need to leave each other alone or else risk being punished further. Before the sit, Captain Black participated in a revolt in which I was the mayor basing next to fountain, after the revolt was over and I had lost, Captain black stuck around in the base for a little bit waiting for me to come back. When I returned to the base I was greeted by Captain black saying things like "Yo shit got merked" "Yo get merked pickles/boy" "Fuck outta here pussy" and "Let me take a picture of your defeat", after which he started taking screenshots with the camera of me standing there. This was about 20 minutes  after I received 2 private messages from CaptainBlack saying "Please stop harassing me" and "ur bad" in that order. I then responded with a simple "Please stop harassing me" as well. I would consider both of these valid requests as the group I am affiliated with and the group that CaptainBlack is affiliated with had been going back and forth in ooc for a few days, including today before all of this happened. I informed him I was recording and he immediately stopped and left. After this, we had the sit in which Koda and Tyz told us to leave each other alone.  CaptainBlack and Zestyboi(A member of his party and his discord that he was likely in) both placed hits. CaptainBlack placed a hit on me for Zestyboi to kill me, and Zestyboi placed a hit on Piklas for CaptainBlack to kill him. Both hits were accepted and completed within 1 minute from each other. However, when CaptainBlack completed his hit on Piklas, Piklas was inside of his base, with a building sign out front, building his base. CaptainBlack stood at the fountain and shot into the base, killing Piklas. It was after this that another sit was called to report this behavior, where it was determined by Koda, Tyz and Kilobyte that this is to be considered repeated targeted harassment. He was then banned for 3 days while offline as he had left before the second sit was accepted.

We were in a sit interact and the 2nd sit where hits were placed was less than an hour later.

The hits were specifically placed on the 2 people captainblack was in a sit with and told to not interact with, knowingly placing a hit on sticks and knowingly accepting a hit on me. I was in a base with a large building sign outside at the time when i was killed and that was considered raiding while i was building. My friend was near them at the time and screenshared a recording of captainblack and zestyboi discussing if it was close enough to be raid area or not. This in my opinion shows that it was a coordinated effort to actually fuck with/annoy atleast me when I was minding my own business making a base dupe. They told me that Kilobyte said that a punishment should be handed out and I believe Tyz32 and Koda agreed in the sit that it would be a 3 day ban, they also said that Captainblack disconnected so they couldnt explain it to him at the time. There is already a precedent that you shouldnt be target raiding people you have been told to stay away from and placing hits in this manner which in my opinion is very obviously targeting and denying a hit and placing hits is comepletely optional, and captainblack did both within very few minutes. 
All in all I am minding my own business and not less than an hour after being told to leave each other alone captainblack accepts and places a hit on the 2 people he was in a sit with. I think this is a blatant attempt at a loophole of the admins decision and disrespectful that he is still trying to write it off as a non-coordinated thing.

It was not right after and also was only one hit I did not constantly go after him/them and the video was before the sit then the sit happen then 1hr about later the hit was placed by a player.
