Intentionally using exploit Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I do not want to be unbanned as I do deserve the time, but i just ask if the time can be shorten just by a couple days so i do not lose all of my models and sweps on the CC editor. I have put so much money into this and i don't want it to go all down the drain. I just please ask if it can be deduced by a day or two. Who warned/banned you? Saiko Posted July 23, 2020 Author Share Posted July 23, 2020 I understand how terrible that looks for me in my defense, but i'm sure you have seen Zonkey place his giant Swastica in the skybox (if you haven't ask around because he places it every time he's on the server) my only intention was to build something cool in the skybox. Im sure you know all I do basically on the server is build. I am not a toxic person at all, I would never use it to my advantage of other players. It was obviously intentional on the part of the user, but I do not believe that they deserve the maximum punishment, as they had no malicious intent, and they had not profited / used the exploit in a raid or any way that directly negatively impacted any player. much bigger +1 to ensure they don't lose their cc items, but I don't think its necessary for a ban reduction to happen for this. You did it intentionally and you know what you were doing, but 1 month is a little extreme. +1 for reduction but -1 for unban. I hope you learn from this. If caught exploiting the punishment will vary depending on how much of an advantage the exploiter gains. This ranges from being humiliated to being perma banned." - punishment guideline. I definitely think the fact that he wasn't doing it to advantage himself or disadvantage others should be considered. Also, I don't see a one month minimum anywhere, and it doesn't seem implied by the section that I quoted which is all that is written about punishing exploiting. They've always been a good player, and I know for a FACT, after seeing them interact. They love to play the game, and they don't have any Ill intent against the server. +1 on this, for sure. They've played on this server for a while now, and I know how trying these times can be as well, so I really want them to be able to keep their stuff. Im willing to work with you But i will tell you this , when you do come back to the server do not make me regret this and do some type of crap like this again. Use your head next time .it doesn't matter if your not using it to your advantage. Its still a exploit and you will be banned .
