Change your attitude and overall conduct with players, keep your nose clean for a while (idk like a month or even 2 weeks) and perhaps do nice things to players and then reapply then. I believe that anyone can turnaround from being a not nice person and you could do that same, good luck!

I believe with the right time and/or attitude adjustment, you could be a great addition to this servers staff team. but as of now, I am gonna say no.
