Why are you reporting said player? I was stun gunning him after he had hacked the PD bounty board several times. But when I tried to stun gun him, he wasnt losing speed whatsoever. He didnt use adrenaline at all. No movement sweps, just him bhopping. Usually you're supposed to slow down once you hit the ground but for him it didnt happen at all.

That's weird. When he was near fountain it made the "slow down" noise. He just kept on bhopping out of this thing.

you don’t need a master sword to bhop fast, its GMOD, old source, easy to bhop.

This is easily achievable I can hit constant bhops and so can many others. Garrys Mod is extremely easy to bhop on and there's barely any reason to use a bhop script. Seems achievable to me. On a good day I have been able to bhop from suburbs to maybe ghetto. I can go a while just by using scroll wheel. Don't know about y'all but this isn't sus to me.

You can recreate this in-game, I'm pretty sure the stun gun WILL slow you down the second you touch the ground, yes, it won't slow you down mid-air but the second you touch the ground ever for a half-second it will apply a slow no matter what. A script for perfect bhoping would be able to bypass that but don't think you can just hop it off normally. Never seen anyone be able to just hop off a stun like that.

As a guy who plays CP all the time, this happens frequently with a number of people. Maybe the stun effect goes away with certain parameters? But yeah this doesn't seem like a malicious thing.

 

Keep in mind with Gmod you're cramming lines and lines and lines of code and weapon behaviors and high res models and all this other shit into the source engine... which was developed before some of the players here were even born.

 

So this kinda shit, little hiccups like this, seem probable to me, especially if we take into account he could have a talisman or any number of things. But it's my opinion that it really just seems like the stun gun was just not working and I don't think hacking or a script is the first thing we should conclude to.

As far as I'm aware a successful stun with come up with an xp notification 'stunned a criminal with a bounty' which didn't occur in your evidence which leads me to believe he didn't have a bounty or the stun gun messed up and didn't stun him at all (which it wont do unless they're a criminal with a bounty). As for the bhopping i'm not sure, I know it's easy enough to bhop on the server but I dunno about consistently holding it for the length this guy did. I think this'll be something for rubik to decide on.
