Why were you warned/banned?: I was perma banned around april of 2018

It is an EXTREMELY long story so buckle up. I had been playing on the server for years before i was banned and over the course of the  2 or 3 years i had been playing on the server i had gotten around 11 bans. There was a mod named rigbe

and i believe he is banned now for being a pedo or something, but thats not what i came here to talk about. He had something out for me and had EXTREME hate for me. it all started with him banning me in a sit that lasted about 5 seconds

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : rigbe has been perma banned from the server and all the reports i made on him were accepted. its kind of ridiculous i was perma banned in the first place. anyway its been over a year since i was

banned and i believe i should be allowed to play the server again...

 

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Kryptonite banned me permanently

 

Evidence: look in all the reports and ban appeals. I'm a genuine person and almost every report i have posted has been accepted mostly because they were all out of hate and me not breaking any actual rules.

I'm +1 for unban since from looking at all the threads you were only permabanned because Rigbe and Walter had some sort of hateboner against you and neither of those staff are really known for being all that fair or reasonable. One is permabanned for good reason and the other isn't staff anymore and went from being generally hated by half the playerbase from what I hear to divorcing his wife for an E girl. Assuming there's no other evidence of any actual permabannable offenses you commited I remain +1 for unban.

I’ll bring this up to the staff team. Perma bans like this are normally kept to staff members that may remember you as a player. So for now I’m staying neutral until our older Senior Mods plus get in on this.

He was perma’d for having 15 bans, I don’t see how this is anyone’s fault but his own and coming here trying to throw the blame on someone who cannot speak for themselves is not the apology & remorse I would expect from someone with such a tainted reputation on our server. Pedo or not Rigbe was a moderator of the community and did exactly what he was expected to do. Nothing personal but I’m looking at the facts here, this guy has 15 bans for random shit. My question to him is, why should we accept this appeal and allow him back in the server?

I remember this guy. I know I'm not a mod and stuff but I don't think there is too many people who remembered what happened so I'll give my recollection to maybe jog some memories? I'm not entirely sure because I kind of left the server for a bit after this whole thing went down for other personal reasons. Anyways, I remember just a whole lot of petty bullshit going on between him and a few members of the staff team trying to find the tiniest shit to get him in trouble. I think I was a T-Mod at the time so I remember stuff in staff chat. A few of the staff members we're just straight up looking for reasons to get rid of him because of the drama that was happening and honestly I don't blame them. I don't know who "started it" or whatever but I do think it's best you stay out of this community, at least for now. Hopefully we can put this behind us eventually because I do remember you being a pretty chill guy outside of the drama.

 

After all, it is just a game and it's not the end of the world if you're not able to play on TitsRP again. If TitsRP is your entire life, then you have more issues than just being banned lol. (No offence to Sugar, it's different for you lmfao)

ok ill start with answering you rubik. I do understand that i had 15 bans and i understand that is completley my fault and i can 100% guarentee that something like that will never happen again. however, the reason i focused this post around what happened is because i was supposed to have one more chance before being perma banned. but rigbe went out of his way to make me get banned. on top of that 15 sounds like a huge number but not when you take in the fact that over half of those bans took place in late 2016 to early 2017. and on top of that its already been over a year since i was perma banned. i just want to ask all of you to forgive me a turn a new leaf.

i remember you and you were a very good friend. i know i was extremely stupid back then but im a completely different person now. even if i dont get unbanned (which im not expecting to be) i just wanted to let you know that it was fun playing with you for the last couple weeks before my ban.

I can see that rigbe played such a huge part in this that is why would bring it up. I accept your apology on behalf of myself and anyone else that can look past this and give you a second change. I will run this by doc and plutori since they like to have a say in these types of bans and I will reply with a resolution soon.

I was a mod when this guy was here, and I do have to admit at times he was really toxic. Actually, a lot of those times. However, I had a talk with him last night and he seems pretty chill and for him to accept what he did and wait out his time is pretty good in my opinion.

 

I think I can see a change since he wasn't acting retarded in this ban appeal like when he was here in the past. I think people should get a second chance (besides Rigbe and a few others), but not third chances. This was the only time he got perma banned I believe.

 

But like, if you do get unbanned Flame please don't act goofy and follow the rules. That's my advice, and doing so won't have you in the boat you're in now.
