Basically with the new year comes a new me. Last year I went on a 4 month journey to join the military and now I'm back and I'm sure as Hell I missed a lot. Is there any new games coming out this year you guys are looking forward to and if not tell me as games get more and more woke every year the less and less I find appealing.

OG also has friends on the staff team. There is also a lot separated from their bans that constitutes differences in either keeping a perma ban perma or not. Given how recent Tene's ban was I'd actually agree with you that if he had as many friends on the staff team to +1 him to being accepted that's fully biased. I wouldn't have been okay with someone coming back that early from a perma ban. I will say however a big problem with looking into the pasts of some of these people is tricky as the bans page doesn't mention shit that would be needed. OG doesn't have his perma ban that Tass Unbanned him on back in 2019 so everything he did back before that is non-existent. And Tene's Exploiting ban isn't in his bans either. it's as if he never exploited at all and only has been toxic. A lot of the issue with even digging up a past on these guys relies on the player base coming with experiences of these guys. If the only people that use the forums are mingy toxic pieces of shit and staff members who sometimes plays with them then you're only going to get one side of an argument. Like people saying someone like OG has massive community support but everyone that has +1d his appeal (as in putting likes on it) are literally 7 people (excluding 3 legitimate possibilities of genuine support) who has personally been toxic to me personally and some of which literally were taking part in the initial targeting of me. A good example is Sixnut who literally since I have been commenting on shit has thumbs downed every thing I've said in an attempt to rep bomb me to Hell. Showing they just want another toxic player to play with. Not to mention like if I were to make any comments on Tene it wouldn't compare to what I personally had to deal with from OG. Am I biased to say the shit he put me through constitutes removal from community without a possibility of coming back? I'd say no, he's literally pushed me away from something I loved for over 2 years and I am now just starting to come back like I used to. The toxicity of Tene I don't know about because it wasn't directed at me so I can't tell you the extent of him, but I truly know the extent of OG from first hand experience. The part of this equation missing is Tene's victims coming forward to explain their side. At the end of this it's a lack of evidence and general lack of people coming forward to talk about what they did. I will say staff are generally lazy in looking for evidence against a players unban as it is easier to just say "Been a minute you're reformed +1" or a "I didn't like you -1" Give me an hour for a high profile case and I can get you forums posts, chat logs I might still have saved of personal interactions if they happened and use that as an argument. As an admin I did that and as a player I still do. I think I'm finally understanding a little bit of Kilo's argument in general laziness of staff members. It happened when I was admin as well as him, there's nothing you can do about it. Your argument will just hold more weight in the end than a shitty +1 or -1

Staff laziness only properly applies to staff not taking sits and talking in OOC when you literally put up 3 sit requests and it hasnt been taken. You as a previous admin should know that Kilo. Literally if your complaint is treating Tene as an equal to OG then lets go to their extents. OG has pushed people off of being staff members and pushed people off the server to the point where no one on the staff team wanted to take his sits out of fear of an appeal or report every time he was punished as he did for me. They didn't want to deal with the headache. Tene, I haven't seen being toxic since I've been back. If he is then it's not being shown to me. He wasn't even that toxic when I was an admin. OGs overall ban history to Tene also isn't something I compare when making decisions as it would be redundant. I make decisions based on the one persons history, personal experience and what they did to get banned in the first place. OG had to get bought back with the buy back being a final chance and he blew it in less than a month of being back. Dude's been permed multiple times. How many perma bans do you need to give a guy before they're done. The contradictory nature of the staff team has always existed. It all is from implicit bias that we get from every decision we do. Being in the players shoes and the defendant in the situation and sometimes being their friend; you're a judge. You're gonna make a fuck up here and there too I dont blame people for that shit too often. But if you're being a fuck face when you were staff previously I'm going to punish you harder than I would a normal player. That's not bias that's looking at their history then making a harsher punishment because they should know what they did wasn't allowed in the first place. For example if you said the N-word in chat I would ban you for a day because you not only were staff but you've been on the server long enough to know damn well you don't say that shit. Being contradictory is giving a random player a bone then another random player doing the same shit with the same attitude a harsher punishment for no apparent reason. Which these are two totally different players with 2 totally different histories with totally different bans and reasons. Tene could have been just permed for exploiting and came back. With OG he had been bought out as a final chance and blew it in less than a month. That's not contradictory that's looking at the situation differently as staff should do.

Kingdom was compared to PD when we were in a staff meeting like 6 months ago. @Rubik So they had it added because people would just go in and get killed when they weren't even trying to raid. And because King gets laws yadda yadda.

There’s 2 ways to counter act this. You can always check before raiding it. Because you have to advert raid for Kingdom check it. Then raid it. Or ya know. I do in a sense agree with them. It’s like a kill box where they have no option or even surviving the initial part of going into kingdom. Personally. Changing it helps in the long run. But for now until it is changed (even if it is) go in, check, then leave, then start a raid.

I don't usually use C4 to raid anymore I just lockpick raid and use vanilla guns. I can't tell you the number of times I solo raided ONLY using a lockpick and won. I don't even get the chance to be sneaky when raiding kingdom so I can only raid if I had *cough cough* a billion dollarydoos.

Using a C4?? How? Every time I try the second I enter I'm blasted before I can even set it down. And if I can I'm not even able to continue the raid after it explodes because I'm killed by the defenders. So unless I use myself as a suicide bomb carrier there is no way I could even try to raid using a C4

Same could be said for mayor but I still have the ability to use C4 in the PD
