(Their name and profile): Yo-Ro https://steamcommunity.com/id/SovietKamaraden Reasons why you are reporting: After joining the dark rp server my friends and I decided to make a base in the industrial area in the nw most corner from spawn (north from the suburbs through the tunnel in town square) in the building with the staircase leading to a central room with 2 connecting rooms on either side. My friend "comrade potato" (whose name was on the doors of the base) encountered a player by the name "oringe joos", this player made a deal with comrade potato, 8k for two printers, as they were making the deal our other friend "spooder" supposedly opened and closed the door to comrade potato's base, oringe joos claims that he warned the player over the in game VOIP (though comrade potato nor spooder recalls hearing this singular warning over the microphone) before he shot and killed spooder (he tried to defend someone else's base against a guy opening and closing a door) and my friend comrade potato reacted by killing oringe joos, oringe joos immediately returned (breaking NLR) and claimed that he had been scammed and decided to raid the base, after killing everyone in the base; comrade potato, spooder and sofizzle (additional friend at the base when the raid happened) returned (while this was not necessarily the correct action for them to take, but it happened) and went about working on their base further (there was no building sign so I'm not trying to fault him raiding us the first time, atleast not for that reason) As soon as we were all in the base (about 1-2 minutes had passed since the aforementioned raid) the player oringe joos raided the base again (ignoring the raid wait period) we fended him off and he began spawning blue barrels in front of our base (in his words "to get a reaction") and ended up glitching into our base under the stairs (I can understand how logs may not prove this, however I stand by my claim of this) he then killed himself and I decided to contact a staff member (yoro happened to be the only staff member on at the time) shortly after using the "@" chat command to send my message to a staff member yoro teleported to me and after discussing the player I was accusing (where yoro admitted to, in his words, "being in 10 sits about him that day" and that he was a "known minge") brought oringe joos and we began the sit, I explained this story to the temporary moderator and told him to check the logs since they would back up the aforementioned offences, during this yoro would admit to the temporary moderator of improperly warning a player before killing them, breaking nlr and ignoring the raid wait period as the sit came to an end, supprisingly it was oringe joos who called the end of the sit (not the temporary moderator who started the sit) and asked if he could get back to what he was doing (implying he knew he wasn't to be punished) I asked what was going on and if the temporary moderator was going to do anything about the player and he said that there was not enough evidence to support any punishment, even though it was already established by him that he was a problem beforehand and the logs provided the evidence needed for the accusations I made. as for the exact accusation towards yoro I feel he actively avoided punishing a player Evidence: Included are excerpts from the Tits RP discord server detailing the player oringe joos' defense and him admitting to using the microphone to warn spooder I urge any staff reading this report to also look over the discord chat for themselves in the Tits RP discord server under #general starting at 3:03 A.M. on 5/16/2018 ending at 7:21 A.M. on the same day, 5/16/18 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

NLR exists and please use your best judgement to determine whether or not it is okay to return to a place after death. Definition of Raiding: Having the intent to invade another person's home. Whether you're being harmful or not, trespassing someone else's house should be considered a raid. Raiding Cooldown: There is no cooldown but you cannot raid the same person again within 20 minutes And if you did die in a raid/heist, its simply over. You CANNOT come back and continue raiding/defending. Accept that you lost and move on. Don't come back to the raid. If you want to play it safe don't return to your place of death until the time is up, no one likes a sore loser. In this section, there are examples of what is considered NLR and what doesn't usually matter to most people. Going back to the road you died on to a hitman to kill the hitman NOT ALLOWED Jimmy going back to Jimmy's house after raiders raided it and killed him NOT ALLOWED I would like to see oringe joos's response. Slick Posted May 16, 2018 Share Posted May 16, 2018 I know I'm only a lowly t-mod (Alex Burns), but I have verbally warned oringe for NLR a few times now when I've witnessed it. The report is on Yoro, who is accused of not researching logs sufficiently, and supposedly trying to avoid punishing a player for their actions.
