Why should you be unbanned?: Because I didn't. I admit, I tried to do it around 30 minutes to 1 hour beforehand, to the same person. His base was in the deep downward tunnel in the mining cave. I tried 2-3 times to nocollide his base, but it didn't work. He came and, in short terms, told me to go away. Forward to around 25 minutes ago, I was able to lockpick my way into his front wall. I came into a long tunnel-ish room with multiple layers of walls, but the space above his round tunnel prop was clear so I just walked through that. I am now by his final wall. It's a screen prop, where you can shoot through. We had a shoot-out. I can see his model through the gaps, as well as sometimes his model partially enters the model, so I was able to kill him. I then proceeded to lockpick his final wall, but since I was able to enter through the top portion, I couldn't pass through, of which the person I was raiding also told me. I backtracked a little bit, went to the lower portion, and went through without lockpicking. After this, I was able to put down a crafting bench, and make a pick-up box for the processor in his base. He had already come back at this point, and then proceeded to accuse me of prop-abusing my way into his base. Fast forward to a few minutes ago, when I was teleported and jailed by Griffin, told me to admit to the crime (which I did not do, as I wasn't guilty of the crime), and when I didn't, proceeded to ban me without letting me give my side.

Evidence: As the fellow I raided said, logs will show. I put in red and yellow text things you can look as landmarks. I'll save you the trouble of finding the alleged prop-abuse, as the fellow I raided has kindly took initiative in looking it up: "Alfonzo: 10:05:13 Player Bread Von Gardner (Bank Heister) spawned a model models/props_c17/furniturewashingmachine001a.mdl". Anyways, I put in green text what I found weird and possibly the reason why I am being accused of prop-abusing. The prop was already faded out when I went in, but I don't think that's my fault, isn't it?

 

You may point out that I indeed tried to prop abuse. However, it was unsuccessful and I left as soon as I was informed that it was abuse. You can proceed to point out how stupid I am, and that it's common sense that it's abuse, and we can go all day arguing. But this ban was directed at my alleged prop exploiting in order to raid Alfonso, of which I am not guilty.

 

I'll also go a bit off topic here; this is the second time I've been banned without a sit or without any time for me to explain myself. Is that not cause for concern among your staff? And, my last ban was 7 days because I was trying to kill the person shooting at me with the only weapon I had, which was an explosive. Walter then proceeds to say 

"Do not throw explosives into a group of people to kill one person.

When you play this game, we assume you are bringing basic knowledge such as what an explosive does if you throw it to a crowd. Killing the guard would have been fine, filling the kill feed is not."

while thoroughly ignoring my statements about how I didn't throw it into the crowd and how I didn't even trigger it (it blew up because the guard killed me). I messaged him here on the forums but he simply ignored my message. This may seem as me being salty about my last ban, and maybe I am a little, but I just sincerely hope the same doesn't happen to this ban appeal.

Also if it was to raid Alfonzo or not, its the same ban time. Alfonzo was trying to call me while you did it but I was the only staff on and was in shower
