Okay, lets run down everything we know as we are now detectives.

 

The potion lasts 15 seconds

It cannot be inventoried

It does not stack

Everything that makes you invis and un-invis is ran serversided

You would have to either carry the potion with you or have a chemist next to you to do this efficiently

 

Shard was invis for 15 seconds since they put down the C4 to blow down the door (1:50 - 2:05) except the video ends there. There is also another video of shard being invis a minute or so before the raid itself.

 

He claims that if you take a lot of them, it will stack, making you invis for longer. This doesn't work. Infact if you take more than one within the 15 second timeframe it will just cancel out the second one since one the first timer hits 0, you will no longer be invis. (Tested)

 

You could say that something with the clothing vendor and materials can mitigate the effects but that doesn't work

You could say that dying before the timer goes off will mitigate the effects but that doesn't work

You could say that since his model isn't in the server (theoretically) it mitigates the effects but that doesn't work

You could say that there was an error, stopping the rest of the code from executing but that didn't happen

You could say that it has something to do with stealth camo + the potion but that doesn't work

 

As said in the thread, it's an exploit if you're using something to your advantage which is OBVIOUSLY not supposed to be there. If you don't report it and you continue to use it, you will be forcefully removed.

 

That being said there isn't anything that says what you're doing is an exploit because we cannot at least prove what is going on yet. I don't want to ban you if you're sincerely using the items and everything you're doing is 100% legit but of course..if something is found out then you will be banned. I also don't know how people are getting to points of being barely invisible, that should be fixed too.

 

There isn't a point to banning anyone when you can't prove it. I do agree that this doesn't look legit and that there is something more that we are missing. If you find out how to do it, let me know.

Uhh Sugar for a while in the mods/admin section of the forums I posted a clothing exploit that can make certain jobs fully invisible except the shadow. No one had even cared about it but this could be a way Shard was able to get invis.

I definitely believe you more than I believe  him, buy this is still only 15 seconds 4:45 -5:00 unless you can prove he was there before he starts shooting

He's standing in the street invisible prior to drawing the weapon.. that means it was more than 15 seconds no? Look at the direction he approaches from once his gun appears and try to spot him prior
