Prop climb would be really cool. You could take full advantage of the massive skybox in sitland. There's also a portal I can spawn called the event portal which teleports players to sitland (so you don't need to bring them)

Yes, we’re already working on that one. I spoke with Kert, and we’ll let you know about the portal. But we’ll still need to have it locked in — could you make the portal teleport them into the set area of the prop climb?

I seriously wish we could adjust prop limits

Rubik drops a special class that only staff can assign with /setjob or become (kinda like Staff on Duty), said job having 500 props or whatever limit you guys think is reasonable. Call it Event Manager or smth

Yeah we can do that. I can make it a command so you guys can spawn it whenever you want.

hey rubik i got a suggestion, what if you made a command that only smods+ can use that changes a specific player's respawn point so when smods make events they dont have to bring back dead players!!! maybe it could be overriden if the player get returned tho

since we can't really do events on mainland.

what if we place like 20 (or more) people in groups of 4 or 5 in one of those hotel type buildings that no one seems to use except for cheeky hiding spots (me), then just propblock it while the event is happening? would be well contained in a single area and won't really affect gameplay of other people.

also the event idea: basically the base vs base idea but not turn based; they get a set amount of time building (maybe with a limited roster of props) and then it's raid vs raid chaos (maybe with a limited roster/amount of raiding tools). would be funny if it was in one of those hotel buildings in casino district where there's just a single hallway in between all the rooms.

Something like this COULD theoretically work, but the issue is it becomes extremely difficult to maintain properly. Any outside players could easily blowtorch through, and we can't really enforce any "rules" during an event so it would become chaos. Not to mention propblocking could be a little iffy regardless of circumstance on mainland.

I do like the idea of base vs base however, That's something we could absolutely start planning out for an event!

I could see this being possible by having @Rubikallow smods+ access to a tool that makes props indestructible. This way, a large prop can be placed at each entrance to restrict access and prevent minge interference. Maybe have it send a ulx chat message and spyglass notification on each application so it doesn't get abused.
