Extended to Perma for CaptainT ( Player Toxicity(User requested extension on appeal) {CAN APPEAL} Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Originally I was banned for "making sexual comments towards a player" and "toxicity". I was able to get that first one removed on the basis that there was nothing to support these claims. In 2021 I was angry, hateful and generally not a fun person to be around, despite that I had a community that accepted me for who I was and gave me some small comfort while I tried to change myself. I've thought about trying to come back for some time but figured that if I was banned permanently I'd need to wait more time. I'm here today to ask that an exception be made and I be reinstated. I've made great efforts to right wrongs with myself and others and would welcome the opportunity to prove my work wasn't in vain to people here as well. Regardless of whether or not this gets accepted, I'd like to apologize for things I said and would love for people to reach out to me if I wronged them specifically. Who warned/banned you? Seeing the messages you sent women/players back then even outside of this make me just not want you back. People who you would barely even know and you would be trying to manipulate them into showing off their body to you even after they would express that they don't do that to which you'd try and encourage them by saying its ''our little secret and nobody has to know''. This ban is not solely due to the b3nz situation, there were several women/players who were uncomfortable with your presence and the messages you sent them, who will remain anonymous as per their wishes (admin+) You're weird, and you yourself seem to be unable to acknowledge what you did was disgusting and instead say you were a 'hateful person' without addressing the true reason behind your ban being your disgusting behaviour towards community members and your weird fantasy of minors being sluts. For those interested/unknowing to the context, here you go, read moreso for the staff team's replies than his, as he consistently downplayed and lied about the situation Smelly's response basically sums up the reason you were and will remain banned: You have proven through your comments of “she’s a kid for sure” and “16 year old closet slut” that you either want her to be underage or you are openly displaying how you think responding to a 16 year old should go. Neither one is healthy, and neither one has a place here. What happens when an actual 16 year old girl comes onto this server and you come across her? You’re going to be saying that same shit to her and then it’s going to turn into something far worse than this already is. This is a preemptive ban that needs to happen to make this server a little bit safer from someone as disgusting as you are at this moment. -1 You are not worth the risk and I truly hope you have changed as a Human, but this community is not for you. It doesn't matter if you thought it was harmless, its clear it wasn't. Personally I don't think grown men should ever be talking like this, or welcomed into the community after being banned for talking like this. There are some things that pose a risk and are basically unforgivable.
