there have been some kingdom issues since the last bp update. still, if told to stop you should stop. trust that staff is taking care of the situation if its a known issue.

i have no priors and going off the rules the ban is supposed to be based off the advantage i gained which in this case is no advantage s0 why is my ban 1 week

(edit - also its not even a feature we are exploiting the kingdom portal is causing certain models to tp to sitland with out consent)

I've personally had this issue before, and told F about it, soon after rubik took the model off and it was fixed. I wasn't staff at the time, and I was using it to put up textscreens and stuff, had many mods at the time come talk to me, and never had an issue with getting banned. Unless your bothering sits or using it to cheat, I don't personally see an issue with using your model until it's fixed. 

However, it's up to the banning staff or the majority of us, and he DID tell you to stop and you kept doing it..

Malicious is the only staff that had a issue with it on both occasions, unless the staff i was interrupting had just told other staff and not told me themselves and he was speaking on their behalf, i had not been told other wise

Your ban was on the 3rd, your prior was the note mentioning that you had already been warned previously for exploiting - this was on the 2nd.

If what other staff members are saying is true, you were warned about this several times. Not even in a hee-haw kind of way, but very straight to the point of, "stop doing this" and you were aware of the fact this was an issue because you went straight to Rubik to ask about it.

 

So let me make a flowchart here: Find bug => goto Rubik and tell him about it => continue to replicate the bug purposefully => get asked to stop => get note on record saying you were warned for this => do it again => get banned for continuing the activity that you know is a bug/issue.

 

You could have made the choice to simply go, "yeah this model is broken, not gonna use it for now" and waited for the all clear from Rubik about it. This is the issue.

 

Personally, I'm -1 on this ban appeal.

I'm going to have to agree with Joey on this, but overall, I also believe we have to agree that Slurpie wasn't benefiting nothing from it.

It's not like he was up there to steal sits from staff or suga 

 

Either way he was giving a verbal and repeated the offense so that's on him

 

A week ban is excessive 

 

 

Imo i would of slapped him with something less than a week maybe a start somewhere 1-3days and work from there but the exploiting punishments goes up to 6mos

Personally I don’t think players should be banned due to a bug in the game. It’s not like they caused it to happen. That being said, if you were asked to stop until it gets patched and ignored the staff’s request I can see that being an issue. 
 

Is this the vector playermodel? That is the only one that’s been reported to me by anyone and it should have been removed before this appeal was ever made. What is the name and/or file path of the model so I can get it swapped out? Simply and easy fix…

It might’ve not been only your model that done it but Darken wasn’t seen up there again after i had a talk with the both of you, but you was there every single time you was on, this is just a back and forth i don’t think anything else needs to be said, you was warned on multiple occasions but just pushing your luck and seeing how far you could’ve went.

its not the vector model its a different one, but i dont see why a 1 week ban is necessary for a non advantage gaining "exploit" cause by the server, i could see if i had ents in sitland or something of that nature but i mostly just went to sitland sat over in a corner and watch shit on my other monitor until a staff came over and chated with me or allowed me to watch their sit ( i enjoy ppl watching), also in the ban it simply says exploiting nothing about the exploit being a bug with the server which makes it seem much worse then it is, in my opinion  malicious is not a fair or just mod he brags about not taking sits and takes sides when it comes down to "og players" vs newer players, he has a bad attitude and big ego about how much power he had and that a player better listen to him "or else"
