The model i use on my cc has been bugged for 2 days now (it is not a issue with the model but rather a issue with the kingdom portal, the model was fine b4 portal got moved) i am not the only person that this issue has happened to, when switching to the model or dying as the model it will randomly teleport to somewhere in sitland no 1 exact spot, if in sitland and switch to the model it teleports u back down to the city, I have already fully described how i understand it to work to henchy and Admin F___ , I do not see how this is "exploiting" as it is a issue with the server and i gain nothing by being taken to sitland, i have never had ents in sitland anytime i have been there and usally just chat with any mods that come over and talk to me

Hello slurpie you was told multiple times to stop doing it, i was in a sit with you for a good 10minutes explaining to you, this has been ongoing for a few days now and today you was given a final warning to stop doing it but you just carried on and today was the final straw you was up there again and i literally came upto you spoke to you well i tried to for a good 5-10minutes once again and you just kept ignoring me, so i told you it's your final warning and if you was up here again you'd be banned, so i respawned you and after that about 40minutes later i spectated you just making sure you're not up there and here we are you're in sitland once again, so you was banned for it.

Banned for 1 week with no prior warnings on my account for a "exploit" that is caused by the server not me and has never been a issue till kingdom portal got moved

you've been noted for exploiting by me the time i told you to stop, you was warned by multiple staff members to stop and now you're spreading missinformation saying you wasn't warned, and it's an avoidable issue by changing models but your reply to that was "i like this model" you've got multiple models that YOU have added in and have them so this isn't an excuse now just because you've gotten banned.

please tell me where u see my exploit warnings other then u ignoring me and DarkenDG yesterday and u told us not to come back (we have no control over if the server forces us to sitland when using a model (2 different models mine is not the only one that does it)

I'm gonna keep bias out of this to the best of my ability with my response. Mainly cause Slurpie and I are chill with each other and I've known him on the server for quite awhile and there isn't a day I go online where we don't run into each other.

 

From the two higher up admins I talked to he was supposedly warned multiple times about the model. I was also told that he was doing this "exploit" on multiple occasions intentionally to which its become his word against others. With that in mind idk why he doesn't have actual warns for the "exploit" but rather just a note from Malicious. If he got warned for the exploit they need to be actual warns not just a verbal and a few non-documented warns on his account. There was also a complaint that Slurpie was being disruptive in sit land with this exploit which tbh sounds out of character from Slurpie and doesn't make sense as myself and other admins have had Slurpie in sit land on many occasions and all he would do is talk to the other admins, spectate sits and would sometimes provide useful input about the sit we were doing here and there but never disruptive. Even if he was just tp him back its not that difficult. 

 

Now as for the ban itself I mainly disagree with it because the "exploit" in question is a dumb glitch that tps him to sit land and doesn't do anything else, to simply resolve it all he has to do is switch to a different model and respawn and repeat whenever he uses that model. I would understand a severe ban if he was using entities in sit land like printers and crops while doing this "exploit" but from my info he wasn't, he would simply just tp there. Even if he was doing it on purpose what is he gaining from doing so, literally nothing.

 

With all the info I presented I honestly think he should have a reduced ban from 1w to 1-3 days whichever one the higher ups find appropriate. I would say just appeal it all together but at the end of the day he was warned multiple times about using it and for that there has to be some form of punishment. its unfortunate he got banned but at the end of the day it is what it is. I just hope it gets resolved soon cause I don't like people getting banned for dumb shit.

he's had multiple talks about this, and not cared it's gone into one ear and out of the other it wasn't necessary to warn as i've left a note and got the go ahead to ban, i gave him one last verbal warning in sitland 40mins prior, telling him not to come back, that should've been enough, it's an intentional thing he was in spawn for 40minutes straight and didn't tp, it's the model and it's been known it's the model by a screenshot provided by himself

was told to change the model and not use till further action by me and others but decided not to listen, this could've been easily avoided if he decided not to be so conceited about himself for doing such a thing, i've got screenshots from a staff member that was on during this time that he was banned saying he was interfering with sits, if you'd like message me privately so no names get put out there i'd happily send it over to a staff, but it was easily avoidable but he was just big headed and the punishment is justified in my eyes.

i have reason to believe other players are doing this as well. there have been times where ive found a player roaming sitland with no explanation when asked by me.

i refuse to believe this is the only way to get into sitland.

it is not the model its self u can see in the sceenshot i tell rubik me and darkendg have the same issue and that the kingdom portal sound is heard when we die (teleport) and "i think it has something to do with that", the model had no issue b4 the update, its not only my model that does that im just the only person that actively showed the staff how its was done and explained how it worked (henchy and F___)
