I hope everyone has been well, and I appreciate the opportunity to appeal my ban! With the time away from TitsRP I come asking for your forgiveness and for compassion. I was able to take a deep breath and focus on other things (ya boy picked up rollerblading recently). I'm not coming here to argue why I did what I did, or who did what wrong. None of it matters at the end of the day, besides repairing the damages I caused to the community and moving forward. Regardless of if I am allowed back in game, I am glad enough I have the chance to give closure. I hurt quite a bit of people in a short bit of time. I split the community by picking and choosing my audience in my decisions and highlighted the definition of bias through my actions. I blamed a lot of mistakes on people when I should have just taken accountability myself. Lots of people were frustrated with me, and I don't blame any of you who still are. If I could go back and time-wizard erase my actions and do over I would, one-hundred percent. I promised myself I'd be better, but I ended up doing it just the same. I was careless, biased, and wrong, as much as I convinced myself at the time I wasn't. As a staff team, it should always be working as a unit for the better of the community, and I failed to do that. I'd also like to mention the allegations with the images that were slandered against me a few months ago. I have no quarrels with whoever created those fake images, whoever insulted me because of the images or sent me threats because of the images. I understand the emotions and frustrations, pedophilia is absolutely disgusting and has no place at TitsRP, or anywhere for that matter. Many of you were looking out for the safety of TitsRP, and it's not right for me to be upset with anyone for doing what they believed was right. It's the past, and I have moved on completely from it. It wouldn't be without the community working together that the pictures would be found fake, so for that I can't be any more thankful. I come offering to you guys and gals at TitsRP a few things. I promise nothing but good behavior out of me. I will not be returning to staff, but playing the game, and getting back to my old roots. I love TitsRP as a game and I have taken for granted the community and fun TitsRP provides. With that, I promise that I will never involve myself with any sort of drama from here on out, and will stick to what I do best, being a goober in game! I have missed a battlepass I have heard, and I am going to grind my butt off if I am able to. Whatever the decision is, I hope nothing but the best for TitsRP moving forward. If anyone has any questions for me that doesn't feel comfortable posting here on the forums, or wants to chat, my discord is coconutoverflow; I will do my best to respond. If this was accepted I would like a permanent, unappealable staff ban to ensure that there could never be a situation like happened earlier in the year. I would also think it to be more fitting for the ban to be reduced to 6 months(reduced to august 1, the original appeal date), instead of being unbanned right away. Like I said, I have never had issues with you as a player and would like to see you eventually return in due time, I would just want to be very sure that there would never be anything like what happened in January. The images attached were real, and they were really sent to spektor by you. When the "allegations" came out, you didn't deny the conversation. You only denied one specific sentence. I think letting you back into the community without being able to prove 100% that it didn't happen would be a very stupid move. Also, why are you being allowed to appeal early? What's the point in setting a date for you to appeal if you're just gonna run to your friend in power and get shit changed for you? What would be the good of having you around to begin with? "Oh I can make the community a better place", highly doubtful. You ain't worth the risk forreal. And before anyone tries to say Spektor said he didn't say that so it must not be real, Spektor is a pedophile. She has been banned from other communities for that reason, hence why she is banned here. She lied to people about her age, about why she was banned from other communities, she e-dated multiple staff members at once in order to try to manipulate her way into some sort of power, nobody should believe a word that comes out of her mouth. In the screenshots of that image, there was a date listed (06/02/2023). On that date, it was the exact day OldGr3g (STEAM_0:1:70464924) was community removed. We were in multiple discord calls all day, discussing his ban. If I recall correctly, you were not a part of the conversations and his, Cuntbucket, and Minshi's ban until a day or two later. The time stamps listed on the messages were at 8:51 PM, and that there is a call that lasted 2 hours starting at 8:55PM on the image. We had a meeting that night during those times, there was no way that any of this could have taken place, because unless I was dual calling Spektor and the rest of the staff team at the same time, there is no way this could be true. And if Spektor is so suspicious and wanted to cover for me, why would she go and send it to Ironfish himself? What would be the purpose of all this? I have a screenshot of Ironfish claiming that Spektor sent him those images. I think you got busted big time and are now trying to make up as many excuses as you can to get out of it, even if the excuses make no sense. VoN Posted April 19 Share Posted April 19 (edited) as a community member with a pretty valid opinion as I literally knew you (albeit I'm not around anymore) while we had some issues, I genuinely felt as if you were a really chill dude in many points of my time on the server Glossing over all the drama, and comparing it to past & previous community ban reasons, I really don't see why you shouldn't be given a second chance aswell. The way he has written his appeal matches his demeanour in private DMs. The biggest thing that has stood out to me (and I've spoken with Coconut in DMs about it) is his lack of bitterness over the way things played out. How many of us (myself included) would take the following quietly: . Altered screenshot images misrepresenting interactions with other players . Being the subject of a malicious smear campaign while having no way to defend themself . False pedo allegations as a result of the previous 2 bullet points . Receiving hate messages in their DMs as a result of the previous 3 bullet points This man was dealt a shit hand in that regard, and yet doesn't have the slightest inclination to at least respond to any of the hate messages with proof the "evidence" was fake and a sassy remark. He's 1000 times better than me that way. As for the perma ban from the staff team thing, I'll agree with it. Only because Coconut was the face of forcing the Haze of Dream unban on everyone despite massive community pushback. Someone's gotta fall on the sword for that fiasco.
