I will point out one thing that I follow like a bible, the Punishment Guidelines. I would like to say after reading your last ban appeal I do not like the way you were pushed out, seeing as it was simply "We voted you out because we just don't like you, here's a perma ban". Last I can recall we have no punishment guideline for "we don't like you", and even if we did it's not a perma. It has been One year and Eight months. I don't understand this at all, and it does not sit right for me, so for that reason I am a +1 for an unban and at the most, a probationary period. Your rep has everything to show for it, staff and community alike despise your presence on the server. This being said, I also understand where you went wrong as well on top of it. A staff meeting where you basically fucked off and didn't participate in the discussion and an all around "I did nothing wrong" attitude will do nothing to help you. I personally believe you don't deserve a unban. I will ONLY be okay with an unban on condition of a STRICT Probationary period. I don't think its fair for you to have an opinion when you weren't really involved in the whole haze situation, you were pretty inactive at the time. I don't think you were even at the staff meeting where Haze started intentionally ignoring all the staff and played battlefield , when he was the one who requested a chance to appeal and talk to the staff members. F___ Posted July 10, 2023 Share Posted July 10, 2023 -1 From what I'm seeing from the replies from the people involved with the removal it seems you didn't even care enough about it in the first place to put a case as to why you were being removed instead just playing games while supposed to be discussing it the people who removed you. Also being banned from another community for your toxicity is not a good look. Why should we let you back into our community when it seems you didn't care about being removed from it nearly 2 years ago. I have learned quite a bit about your past here at TitsRP, and it hasn't been very positive. I understand enjoying conflict in roleplay, but I think you take it to a more toxic level. Your appeals on the forums and your vc discussion about your community removal (battlebit > battlefield all day) shows some reasons as to why the community wouldn't want you back. I don't really see any benefit for the community with you returning. I wish you the best of luck. I'll admit to (thankfully) never having played with you, but there is no way you should be unbanned. There are so many red flags surrounding you. Red flag 1: You want people who want more details to dm you on Discord (just like in your appeal back in 2022). Why can't they openly be discussed here? Red flag 2+3: Private profile. Thank goodness @Saegot a screenshot of your About me on your Steam profile (which is another red flag as well) Red flag 4: -140 rep on your forums account Red flag 5: The players that know who you are are *STRONGLY* against your appeal now (and were back in your "Ban Appeal of the Century). Red flag 6: You have made 0 attempt to address your ban in what is supposed to be a ban appeal. What were you doing that got you banned? You're trying to hide. Red flag 7: You have made 0 attempt to appeal to anyone in what is supposed to be a ban appeal. No apologies, no attempt to say that you've changed (what I doubt), nothing. Your logic can be boiled down to "Other players have been banned for worse. Players with more bans and warns than me have had their appeals accepted". You know what that tells me? That tells me you lurk the forums, see which ban appeals get accepted, and did this hoping that enough people wouldn't know who you were. Red flag 8: On your forums profile page, a community member @Muddhas this to say about you on July 24, 2022, "a real g, been making children cry with this dude on sandbox servers to darkrp servers. Red flag 9: Other community members have exposed your permanent bans in other Gmod communites for player toxicity Those are the red flags that come from just searching your name on the forums. C'mon man. You must think that players here have "IDIOT" stamped on their forehead. I've never seen a ban appeal so universally downvoted (your old one from March 2022). I've never seen a player so hated that people go on their forums profile to type how happy they are that said player is getting banned. It's clear and obvious to me that during your time playing on this server, you were a universally loathed malignant cancer. I don't know what it will take for it to get through to you, but I'll try. As a communtiy, we've moved on from tolerating cancerous tumors like you. The TitsRP community at large DOES NOT WANT YOU HERE!
