Why were you banned or warned?

"Community Removal"

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

A multitude of reasons.

1) The punishment was immediate and harsh.
As you can see by https://titsrp.com/dashboard/?player=76561198111942925, I have 1 warning which is pretty damn good in terms of record, everyone does a slip-up now and then.
2 bans were overturned for being false, and 4 were for the same reason. Some administrators did not agree with the ban at all, and some found it odd that a ban was given with no reason listed in a community removal, which is
standard if you check other community removal bans, or at least they have a paper trail of prior bans. What makes mine interesting is that my account got skipped for all the listed toxicity punishments and went straight to a permaban.
It is also interesting that a community ban has disagreements among administration/players, These are usually handled out for universally disgusting behavior, but if this can't 100% be agreed upon then perhaps the reason wasn't solid?

2) The punishments have changed
Community removals aren't officially even listed anymore in the book, and furthermore, the toxicity punishments have changed to max out at 2 weeks (for personal threats). I have not been racist or made vulgar/sexual remarks on the server, so those do not apply.
Many people point out "Professional Jay Walker's" DM to my discord in which I gave a rude response (could've been more tactful tbh, but that was given after I knew jay walker was personally slighting me) saying that this was my warning, But Walker also listed punishment times for said behavior, to which was completely skipped and ended up in my removal. What's the point of DMing a user about an issue if all you do is give them a generic "Fix your attitude" (Nothing specific, No suggestions, No particular incidents mentioned, It's very vague) and then skip the punishments you layout and have them immediately exiled? I don't see the point in listing a procedure just to immediately go for the worst punishment you can give.

3) Many people including staff have argued over the ban.
Former staff as well have argued that procedures were skipped or even that the ban was completely blown out of proportion. Former staff as well in the discord also admitted that there were infinitely worse users yet somehow got more chances than me. Even recently there have been users with upwards of 27 bans and 31 warns that have had their perma's reversed. I don't think it's quite outlandish of a request to ask as someone with a mere 1 warning and 1 (questionable) ban that I am being given a second chance. By all measures of other community removals mine is about as squeaky clean as you can get.

For any questions that I cannot reply to here for obvious reasons, you can contact me on discord using my tag "haze_of_dream"

How you were banned was so bull and just biased all together. I'm not gonna name any names but I feel you were targeted by some people and were never given a fair chance. Till to this day, I have not been given any evidence that what you did was worthy of a community removal. Just like

I stand with you on your last appeal

I support you on this one.

just because people disagree with your ban or argue over it does not mean they did not take a vote or take the majority vote. How about instead of just pointing out potential inconsistencies, you apologize for what you did, own up to it, explain in your words why you think you got banned, what you think you did wrong and how you have improved during this time off

You have 1 warning, but previous bans for non-compliance, and toxicity.

You have spent more time banned than total time played?

This ban wasn't something that some staff member just decided to issue out. The entire community wanted you gone, so you were removed. Community Removals are a permanent punishment, so I don't know why we would lift one that the entire community pushed to have issued in the first place. Also having someone create a new forums account because yours is banned in order to post this appeal ain't the way my man. You should have reached out to an Admin+ on that one. Big no from me.

After reading through your points, I have to agree with Crabroll and cobaselic here. You never owned up to what you did but took an argumentitive standpoint in attempts to have your ban lifted by attempting to side step the overall ruling whilst pointing out the potential inconsistencies.

Hey man I get you’re upset with a community removal you claim was biased. How come instead of doing what you did with this post, just like Crabroll said, own up to what you did and tell us what you learned? As someone that wasn’t there for all this, it’s the best piece of advice I can offer.

Your chances of getting unbanned would be much higher.

I am a -1 as of now.
