I was banned for "player toxicity"

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I should be unbanned because the mod banned me for absolutely no reason. First, my first 2 rdm reports were ignored. Then, when I was finally called up, I was jailed, where the mod then accused me of rdming him and one of the guys that I reported. He then finally checked logs after about 5 minutes of nothing and realized he was wrong. I kept telling him the whole time that I had only killed the guy that shot me, but he was having none of it. Then, one of the guys I reported started asking me what my problem was, when I was telling the mod what actually happened, and I simply told him that he was the one with a problem, given he was trying to rdm me. Then, the mod stopped typing, then I was banned for toxicity, no warning whatsoever. Also, the mod had no mic and refused to bring a higher admin or an admin with a mic on request. Honestly the worst mod that I've ever seen.

You were being EXTREMELY toxic to the person in the sit. I told you to 'chill out' twice, You rdmed him AND me whilst we were building a base. Which i forgave. However After you said:

 

"Fucking sped ass bitch". And "learn to play the game f*ggot"

Aswell as claiming the guy you 'reported' RDMED you, which he did not. You ran out and gunned him down with the M14-SP.

 

As for the issue with my mic, i dont feel comfortable revealing my gender/identity on the internet on GMOD. Plus, everything I DO say, is on logs. 

 

However, you have my dearest apologies for banning you without telling you your punishment.

Yeah i was waiting for Ruui's response

 

First of all, not having a microphone (or in this case not willing to use it for personal reasons) does not make the staff member you deal with less valuable, secondly, it is very very mean to call people sped and the f slur and obviously against the server rules.

I do agree that Ruui should have informed you on your ban. However, the ban seems very valid. Player toxicity to that scale is definitely ban worthy. If you did say those things, I am definitely -1. Player toxicity is a no no, Maybe take this day ban to look at some of our rules so this doesn't happen again in the future.
