Why were you banned or warned?

I was banned for MNLR

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I was playing on ur server and their was a bank heist, i got killed standing by it and i asked if im allowed to go their and shoot them back, witch then people told me i am allowed to. so i went their and died and i kept coming without knowing that that was nlr, the thing is that ive been warned about MNLR a couple times and i still didnt fully understand it, but this is my first dark rp server that ive been playing on for a week and ive never played on any dark rp server ever so that was why everything was new to me, But i ended up getting banned for 5 day's and i really am sorry for making this apeal and bothering ur time, but do u think u can unban me or would that not be possible. Once again thank u for ur time and im sorry for breaking the rules, I will read them now and not break them anymore

As a bank raider I hold this post is related to me.

We were raiding the bank. This was the text screen posted outside "Only cops are allowed to Counter" "Do not break NLR! Bank Raid timer is 20 minutes!"

You got 5 days were it lighter than a normal 7d ban for mass nlr and you had this warning sign what else do you need?

You have been warned 2 days straight for breaking MNLR directly towards me. I was included in this bank raid and the fact you only got 5 days after your 3rd warning breaking MNLR is dumb imo. You should've gotten longer.

Now you're going to sit here and lie in an appeal and say that "You had no idea" when we literally had a sign up that says "Do not break NLR" Not to mention it's in the rules. You'd think you'd be smart enough to read the rules after almost being banned twice now.

He only had 1 warning for MNLR, and a verbal warning for RDM/NLR. I did 5 days instead of 7 because he has only played on the server for around a week and is pretty new to DarkRP as a whole. Plus this is the first ban he has gotten.

Anyways though Kermit, you are cool dude but you had already been warned for MNLR and gotten a verbal for NLR as well. I get that being new to DarkRP is a lot to take in at once but with being in at least 2 sits regarding NLR you probably should have read the !rules especially the NLR section of them. Also in those previous sits I'm sure the staff members explained what NLR is and how you broke it. There was a textscreen on the bank saying don't break NLR. Also an admin (green) also even asked you to quit breaking NLR in ooc but you went back again.

Mass anything usually defaults to a 1 week ban, but I did 5 days instead because this was your first ban and you are relatively new to the server. So you really got a shorter ban than most people would have. Let this be a situation where you learn from your mistakes. If there is a raid going on and you die (whether as defender, raider or just someone who happened to be there) you cannot return to the raid, or even the raid zone (sidewalk for example) until the raid is over.

I was a raider aswell. Nobody in the bank told you it was ok to break NLR, so this is totally on you for breaking NLR like 5 times.
