When I was hacked, I clicked on a server invite and going through the verify section I had to scan a discord code on my phone, since the QR code was made by a bot I did not think twice of scanning it. Also the server invite was from a close friend that would always send me public servers. once I scanned the QR code on my phone, a bot spammed all my friends server invitations at least twice a person and it was going thought my whole friend list like it was nothing. but since I clutched the situation and change my password before it could be sent to my whole friends list, CaptinT received the invite and banned me for safety issue. Now the only way for me to be unban is that I prove that discord send me a message that my account has been compromise, but that is impossible since my discord wasn't hacked by outside sourcing it was hacked by internal sourcing and I tried and provide all I could that was available on my email which was the password change, now some people might not believe this story for some reason and if you don't, I highly recommend you make a burner discord account and join the server I joined and you will see my issue to fix it you just need to change you password. 2FA was enable 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Anytime someone logs in from any place else that isn't your pc / phone you should just get a email saying so. Is there any more proof you can provide? Is there any more proof you can provide? i will repeat, it was not detected because i was hacked internally with a bot not externally with an actual person, like said if you have a burner discord, you should test it out yourself... Rapid Posted May 4, 2022 Share Posted May 4, 2022 (edited) I know I'm not involed with the ban appeal but I can actually confirm this is a valid "hack" as I was just messaged with this exact message, so essentially the user will join the server and then see they need to verify using a QR code when you scan this QR Code it sends your discord token somewhere and then you're affected which they then proceed to have a self bot runnin on each of the tokens causing it to send messages and what not. And it when someone has access to your client token they bypass 2fa and every security measure that discord has in-place for this, so discord wouldn't detect the "login" cause it isn't really a login its root access to the account.
