toosii Posted March 15, 2022 Share Posted March 15, 2022 Its actually 3 days.. I will not +1/-1 this appeal until Waffle replies but I did want to say a couple things. If you RDM somebody then leave you are still responsible and it makes it seems that you're leaving to avoid punishment. I mean you shouldn't RDM people anyways, but if you do try not to leave the server until you've been taken to a sit and a staff member handles it (you will probably only get warned instead of banned this way too) I will send this appeal to EpicWaffleHouse on discord so he can reply. When I saw the report come in for the RDM that you did I pulled the player who reported you and then I spectated you to see what you were up to and check your ban/warn history then I saw you disconnect shortly afterwards. and when I looked at your ban history I saw that you are well aware that RDM will get you banned because you have quite a few bans in your history relating to RDM. toosii Posted March 15, 2022 Share Posted March 15, 2022 (edited) -1 You have 15 bans that are for RDM (IRDM/MRDM/etc) dating back to 2019. 7 of your bans are also for LTAP... With how many years you've been playing on the server & the amount of RDM / LTAP related bans you have I think you definitely know better at this point. I would maybe be okay with an unban if you were a new player or had very little punishment history but this is not the case. RDM + LTAP can default up to a 5 day ban. So with your previous ban history you got lucky that you weren't banned for longer. The ban is justified & I think it should stay.
