Not appealing my ban fully as I have some fault that I do agree with ban punishment if found that's the case. 
       My fault: -Not reading MOTD knowing that we can't "watch" a raid after dying to that said raid
                        -Thinking the raid was over when it was actually not

 

Main reason for making this appeal:

      Long story short, this man Tyz37 lost his staff ways. I called the sit over RDM x3 [On Malicious] which was NLR x3 [For me], as a new player I usually call sits to understand what's going on if I seem is wrong and learn from it if I'm actually the person in the wrong. Man came at me sideways whole sit so I called him a "clown ass ni**a big dick smoking weeb pussy hoe ass bitch" after that there was silence from him and I got the ban message. Idk if he's friends with this dude malicious or sum, but whole thing was one-sided. 

 

I do accept the ban if that is the case of what I was ACTUALLY doing but the time frame of it is absolutely ridiculous.  I never came back with a gun and interfered with the raid, at most I would have been told that I couldn't watch the raid by Tyz and gave another warning which I do take to heart if it's an respectable staff member. I'm calling out this bad apple because look at this https://imgur.com/RdWz1P5 [I've highlighted previous 5 bans before me] they're MRDMs timeframe 1 week, somebody did the SAME thing as me MNLR and then LTAP'd and only got 5 days. I hope you see where I'm getting at, this staff member quick to temper and doesn't acknowledge ban timeframes, he prob done the same to many other people he's banned because of his temper; why I can never be no staff.

 

Extra Info: I do believe his decision for the ban was due to me calling him hella shit and at the same time because of my previous one warn of "Broke NLR" was when I came back to the base with a gun out shooting the raiders [Which I understood I can't do and learned from it, but wasn't informed I can't watch]  For "MNLR" - All I did was stood in front of the doorway and watched [x3] I never had a gun out or interfering with the raid whatsoever.  [I do understand NOW, that it ISN'T allowed, from a whole other staff member other than Tyz who was doing the sit]

 

I ain't getting butt hurt if this isn't accepted I damn well know it's not finna be accepted after this, but I do hope higher ups read this and take a look at Tyz's stuff, man's bugging bc somebody called him some names bro. Ban me with the right time frame smh. I'm lowkey fucking new to the server/darkRP and shit, man ain't tryna help me understand nothing.

You were banned for mass NLR. This was due to the fact that you were inside the doors of the base each time (3 times to be exact). It was not a ban for you calling me "hella shit", it was because you broke NLR 3 times which constituted mass NLR. Additionally, Malicious called a sit on you for breaking the NLR after you called a sit on him for RDM. I never "came at you sideways". I asked both sides what was going on, spectated positions, and then was dealing with punishments as they should be dished out. I have not "lost" my staff way. You were not in front of the doorway, you were inside the door of the base. I do not appreciate the lying in your appeal. I genuinely don't give a shit what I am called but you calling me names during a sit is uncalled for especially when i am trying to sort stuff out.

I am Neutral. I want more opinions before I make my call on this.

 

I am changing my opinion to a -1 as well. I originally did not see an issue with the ban time. Since other staff agree that it is fine, I am going to leave the ban time as is unless other staff come forward to give a +1 to the appeal.

The guideline says it can result in up to a 7 day ban for mass NLR/RDM or whatever else. It is up to the moderator to decide the punishment. You can see in my ban, I gave out a 5 day punishment. I have always tried to be more lenient when I can with bans and the person I had a sit for MNLR, they weren't toxic or disrespectful to me before they had left. It is usually a good idea to LISTEN and THEN speak when you are called into sits. If the player I had banned for 5 days came into the sit guns ablazing like you did, I would have given them 7 days as well.

 

You need to remember we are people on this server as well that volunteer our time to moderate and don't enjoy being berated during sits. It does happen and everyone on the team is good about not letting it get under our skin but it doesn't put us in a position to want to help you out and give you a lesser ban time.

as smelly stated already the MOTD states that  anything as quoted by the ruleset,

as well as this one which is in the MOTD 

"Going back to the outside of your base after you die in a raid to watch the raid. NOT ALLOWED."

Evidence given by Tyz is correct, the MNLR ban is defaulted to 1w. Anything "MASS" is a result of 1w. Also smelly's information is true as well. Next time make sure you don't keep coming back to the same place over and over! -1
