False Fine Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Multiple accounts. It was shown that it was a clear misunderstanding without malice, this usually results in a verbal. A verbal warn was also taken into account for punishment even though i explicitly remember senior moderators saying these don't factor into decisions. Thirdly, I had a clean record prior, and It wasn't disputed that one of the fining reasons still stood, Being the bounty. Who warned/banned you? Tyz How long were you warned or banned for? If you were already verbally warned, the punishment becomes a warn or ban. Your record is not clean as you have two prior verbal warns if I am not mistaken. You fined for jaywalking in this log. 22:27:47 Officer Haze_of_dream fined vapidtex (Bubbas Shrimpn Boat) for Bounty, JW. The jaywalking was never done. I saw video evidence that the guy never jaywalked and his bounty was only $500. The fine you gave was $5000. That is a false fine in regards to the jaywalking in it. Additionally, I mistakenly did not add that you raided without a warrant in the warn reason too so that is the only issue with the sit overall. I am going to say -1 for the appeal due to it being valid. The clip attached is the clip that was shown to me as evidence for the sit. Once it is done processing it will be up. This clearly indicates you only want to show one side of the dispute without revealing all the situation. "A clear misunderstanding without malice" also exhibits that you never took into consideration the harm caused unto the victim of your infraction. It seems like your desire to remove the warn is solely for the sake of "because I want a clean record," though there are countless others getting their first warn after doing stuff you just did. You're no different from them. The warn was completely valid, and a "simple misunderstanding" is not what happened here. You broke a rule and there is no refuting that. Your punishment was just, and for such a motd-hitler (no offense) like you, this is most definitely out of the ordinary to appeal this clear infraction, not only because you seem to follow rules to a point, but because you would ridicule and intentionally call out others for not doing so. If you were the victim, you would do everything in your power to make sure the cop would get maximum punishment. For this, -1 for warn appeal. You're lost in your ego.
