I shouldn't be Unbanned but have a reduced ban because I was just c4ing a base and the c4 killed 3 people. 1 of them was the base owner who was fine with it c4 since they failed to put up a public base sign 1 was a random caught up in c4 who never made a sit about it and the last was Smelly, who is the who technically made the sit the took it himself even tho the others were fine. did not make a sit. The Base Owner then was pulled into the sit saying it was okay he didn't want any punishment handed down. Smelly Then Brought up how I did this as a cp class. The base owner was fine about it me being cp as well

Let’s not ignore the fact that you ran a C4 into the PD maybe 30 minutes before that without adverting a PD raid. 

 

I standby my ban. You raided a base as CP that was a dupe at the fountain. That could have killed many more people if they were around.

 

I chose the 3 day ban because of varying warns (15+) for rdm, failrp, etc. You also have 3 bans for MRDM and one for IRDM.

 

I always always advocate for education over punishment but this does not apply to someone who has been on the server as long as you have, doing these same things.

I was raiding the base anyone who was in the raid area would of died 

 

Me being a Cp was a fault on my part cause at the time I thought i had switch back to my raiding cc and at the time My HUD was not showing on my screen so i wasnt able to see what job i was on

Your reasoning for justifying what you've done is all over the place. The owner doesn't care, there wasn't a public base sign, I didn't know I was CP. Did you accidentally unbind your advert bind for the C4 you brought into the PD saying "I'm going to jihad the PD"? Or was that one actually your fault and not the fault of others?

I think if you're gonna claim no one else cared you should definitely back that up. Smelly being attacked means he is more than within his rights to make a sit, if you have some logs or evidence to support the other 2 individuals caring I might support a reduction but at the current direction this is headed I'm leaning torwards the opposite

Dont have no evidence but ask Drunk Alastor Him being the Base owner he can vouch since he was the main victim

there is not much evidence here and smelly's decision to ban you for 3 days was valid. at this point the ban is over in 1 more day so i would just take it as a lesson to not raid as a CP class, and be careful of what you are doing with explosives and catching people in the crossfire.

The ban time to me seems valid, a little more evidence on either end would be amazing but the ban (because I extended it) you were banned 2021-11-20, 7:58 PM and the ban was only for 3 days. It should be lifted by now. Either way the ban appeal was not accepted/denied in time. Technically it was denied!
