I cuffed and fined a user for running towards people with rape intent (Alien Job) and fined him for disturbance of the peace, Jeff clearly didn't agree with this. Foul Posted November 12, 2021 Share Posted November 12, 2021 I can see some issues when it comes to this that can be worked on, considering that with certain sweps in the server, Staff don't have specific logs for say the kiss swep/etc. so when it comes to the fact of that i do believe this sit could've just been lifted and not warning you for false fining, because if I'm correct we don't have the 100% logs of sweps being used on a player. if you fined him for disrupting the piece, I believe it is valid of what you did. That is true if youre the player being targeted. You need to warn them 3 times before you can kos. But in this specific case its kind of tricky. You can go and fine him that’s allowed. you should not have been warned. Only way you would need to advert warn or use e menu. Is if that player is attempting to kiss you and you walk away. He is still following you go ahead and warn 3 times or e menu. If he kisses you don’t need to advert anything straight kos him. No, Although the reasoning of the warn is inherently flawed.
