IRDM | NITRP Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? nitrp because this dude wouldnt let me leave lmao. i killed him once and he kept me in the admin room for like 10 minutes, i told him to cry about me killing him and to just warn me and get over it but he wahh wahh wahh cried and banned me for nitrp. starlight991 Posted November 11, 2021 Share Posted November 11, 2021 (edited) okay im gonna try and explain the reason i banned you, instead of giving a warning. so i was just talking and you stabbed me in the back for no reason. so i pulled you into a sit and asked you why you stabbed me. you proceeded to say nothing for a few minutes, then said "you are invisible." and then i asked you why you couldn't see me and that you should at least see a error. then you said that you dont have the model (even though the server should've just sent your game custom files for the time you are on the server so that you can see everything with no errors. the only reason it wouldn't do that is if you set your settings so you dont accept custom server files.) and then you said you have a no error addon which made errors invisible. that lead me to be very suspicious because i couldnt find any sort of no error addons on the workshop or anything. overall the whole invisible thing was just really suspicious. and i also couldnt find any sort of no error addon. it just seemed a lot like you were just lying to get your way out. Typically we would need to figure out a players history prior to giving them a ban. Your attitude on the situation is not appropriate in a ban appeal or a sit. Attitude definitely factors in on whether we give a ban or a warn. Overall I'm supporting reducing the ban to 1 day for a single rdm case and dismissive attitude. It is up to the staff member to use their discretion & choose what punishment best fits the situation. Looking at your ban history, it does not look like you have been banned for this type of thing before, for that reason I will +1 to reducing this ban to 1 day Punishment also depends on the players attitude during the sit, and from what you said in your own appeal it does seem you acted pretty rude/ unapologetic about the situation, so this is probably one of the reasons you were banned instead of given a warning. Foul Posted November 12, 2021 Share Posted November 12, 2021 I agree with the others, It still can be 1-3 days if the staff decides what they think is the best choice, but I can understand your side and it looks okay to reduce the ban to 1d, I think that putting 3d was maybe just a little too much.
