Back in the time period everything occurred, A lot has happened. Someone had found an exploit involving enchantment tokens. Word about it spread around, and being the idiot I was, I decided to try it out. The day I got banned for exploiting enchanted weapons, a lot of other people went down with me. In the span of 2 hours I managed to exploit under 100 million, probably 60 million ( which is nothing to me as I already was making an average of 200 million per day with printers ). Every other person that has exploited got a 2 week ban, and i�m pretty sure inventory wipes were also handed out. I had no intention to harm the server in any way. The 50-100 million I exploited was kept in my pockets for me and only me. I did not go out start giving players the money, as I knew that would break the economy in a way. For the person that found the exploit, HE exploited 2 billion dark rp cash 2 times. First time he did it, he had bought multiple tier 3�s for the entire server if I recall, and later got a 2 week ban for the exploit. After his ban was up, he decided to exploit again for another 2 billion. Wha happened after he did it again? Another 2 week ban. I am not here to argue with anyone. I know that what I did was stupid as fuck. I know that I could�ve harmed the server in some way. But those were not my intentions. Now for everyone thinking �oh but u were just perma banned for extreme toxicity!!!! No mercy for u!!!� As some of my friends managed to save up to a billion for my unban. I proved everyone that doubted me wrong. Everyone in which thought I wouldn�t change as a person. In the time period of my freedom, I showed no sign of toxicness at all. Shit I barely even interacted in ooc. Only reason I would use in game chat would be to either chat with friends, or to buy entities. I even managed to become staff on a alt in December. I ask for forgiveness and a change of my ban time if possible, as the other 5-6 players that went down with me, received a 2 week ban for the same exploit. Amen. (My toxicity ban was a little more than a year ago)

Besides the exploiting situation which was possibly the dumbest thing you could do after Kilobyte raising 1bil to unban you. I watched you stream daily and play the game and from what I saw you were actually a decent person and not toxic. With that being said you did already have a second chance and should've known better. I'm willing to give you another chance just based off the other people who exploited didn't get a really severe punishment as you did and I don't believe people should be held to a different standard based off their past. +1 for unban

I mean og bot, u didnt cause any big issues during ur phase of unban, u were fun to be around and people liked to rp with u. Given other people were handed less severe punishment for the same crime, I say 3 months is fat enough. +1 for unban 

 

I didnt hear about the terms set for those who were unpermed for 1 bil but with the new systems in place on how we sauce out perms and how we approach their appeals, i'd say 3 months is long enough given the lack of malicious intent when u were on. your crime was mostly affecting your self and partially the economy, it wasnt malicious to the general population so to speak.

I never heard anything bad about you nor did I have a negative opinion of you, all I know is that you were banned for some reason. Now that you shed some light on it you seem genuine on apologizing on what you've done plus you understand why you were banned and you seem pretty chill so I'm in favor for an unban.

After looking further into your history I noticed some stuff I really didn't like and I will be changing my +1 to a -1 from your previous bans and someone bailed you out for 1bil just so you can get unbanned? Absolutely not.

I stopped reading when it appeared to head in the direction of "this guy didn't get as big of a punishment!"

 

Those guys don't have your history. Your toxicity ban was never appealed successfully either. You were bought back into the server on the condition that any little screw up would be a slam. Now you're slammed. It doesn't matter who did it with you, or how long they were banned. You broke the one condition set forward when someone paid a billion darkrp to unban you. 

 

I'll leave this up for a couple more informed replies.

If I remember correctly, the terms of your unban was if you got three+ days worth of bans, you'd be re-permad. You should be grateful for the fact that you only got three months.

 

EDIT: Not sure what the whole three months thing was about in your appeal, but I've been informed that you were perma'd. In that case, you got what you signed up for.

I'm going to go off of what Doc and Slick said. You have a history of bans, and I can't agree with unbanning you. It seems you never learned from you previous bans.

I'm -1. the only reason you were unbanned was because it was paid for. One of the conditions of the ban was if you were banned for 3+ days of time you would be re-permabanned, which you were. You really should've known better.
