So he fired me from being CP the first time because he made a law that all CP must be "reviewed" by him and I failed. So I later became mayors assasin/tried revolting against him and he said that I was "now banned from playing as police". I thought no big deal of it since it would apply to only that term as mayor. Then he died and when he became mayor again he fired me straight away.

I couldn't find the log of when he demoted for the 2nd time but I'm sure an admin could verify it that it was in a new life after that previous death.

The contexts of "failing" is not clearly defined at all in the law. The way Piklas was using it was literally just a reason to get rid of anyone as CP that he saw fit for a reason of "failing". The reason he gave me for "failing" was I was an "incorrect job" which the definition of "incorrect job" is not defined anywhere in the rules or in the current laws, therefore the reason I was fired anyways was unjust and against server rules. I had full intention to play CP properly. If this law is to exist, the definition of "failing" review should also be mentioned in the same set of laws.

Multiple people got "cp banned" for not turning up for the review in rp multiple times.
 

I believe this would fall under metagaming which is currently allowed. I'm sorry that some people dont want to rp with the current mayor laws

Pretty sure no one failed to turn up in this thread. We've been fired for unlawful reasons that prevent CP from doing their job.

I chose to be a Secret Service CP, upon going to Piklas he stated "But I only need one Secret Servicemen" (He already had one Secret Servicemen)
I responded with that I plan to rp as a normal cop but I favor the Secret Service loadout.
I was then fired for "Incorrect job".

Regardless, illegitimate reason, nothing in the rules or laws says that if I play as Secret Service, that there can only be one Secret Service, which in itself would be a hypothetical fail law for a different reason.

This definitely looks like some shitty RP, Piklas should not be firing you for playing a certain cop job, and should not be continuing to fire you after he has died in a previous life.

This is a little tricky for me because you can RP with this law (IF).

 

what piklas did wrong in my eyes. He was not clear with his law

 Example Jaywalking will result in a $500 fine, cross at street corners/the crosswalks we have placed

 Bad law: Jaywalking is AOS (no crosswalks or examples given for legal street crossing) 

 

(IF). ---> I feel if this law was explained better it could be used for RP. Maybe add a list of the Requirements police have to meet.{to laws}

The reviews consisted of me asking questions in rp of how the specific person would be useful to the pd like what gun they use, looking at job name and asking what they will do as that etc. if people didnt answer straight or fucked around they were fired. An example is the person who is posting unrelated things in this report I had a secret service police and i asked him what he could provide above the person I had on the same person and he said something like "idk nothing im going to play cp" so i fired him. Im sorry that you had to roleplay with the mayor as a cop I feel so bad for you. Most of the police that did come to me were approved and played normally.

 

I dont understand how this other person who is posting things that are not related to the original report still has things on this without being warned. the forum rules maybe only apply to certain people.

 

I dont really understand how I would specify what requirements I have of police when every job serves a different purpose and I formed my questions around the job they were playing.

 

Like I said already most people (i would estimate 90%) that came and talked to me under the law were approved and I dont want to speak for them but I feel we had some nice rp as the police force.

 

Pretaining to the original report if I cannot carry over policies like that from 1 term as mayor to another I apologize to holographic and it will not happen again.

In my initial review,  Piklas asked me how many people I arrest an hour and I said like 5-30+ and he fired me for that the first time. He knows how I arrest a lot of people and makes these questions to give him a "reason" to demote everyone he doesnt like and  keep only his friends as cops.
