For FailRP using spawn to not be cuffed Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? At the time i did not know i was being cuffed and i entered spawn to simply check my inv and use bank / INV some items i had and I've been warned for using the spawn to not be cuffed for a bounty. Did tyz27 stun gun you at all? Can you elaborate more on what happen. You went into spawn to check your inv, then immediately get warned for failRP. Did he not give you a chance to leave spawn and get cuffed? Was there a sit? Did you refuse to leave spawn? If tyz27 didn't make it known that there was an active rp situation going on ,then the warn should be removed. But if you knew what was going on and refused to leave. Valid warn. I feel like you're leaving out some information. I will get on contact with Tyz and have him tell his side. Drakos Posted March 20, 2021 Share Posted March 20, 2021 from a logical standpoint, you're entirely at fault. that's in no way me being accusatory, more just statement of facts as I see them. Considering what I've seen of Tyz when it comes to arresting people, he tends to stungun them beforehand, even if theyre not actively running away. Needless from my point of view, but this appeal makes me see the merit of it. Back on topic, I'll agree with Isaac. Unless he didn't provide any notice of it, I dont see much reason to remove it. A cop tried to cuff him and it was not cuffing. He then ran into spawn backwards and was not leaving spawn as the cop talked to him. He says he was further away than the video showed and I told him that if he would like to make an appeal he can. I am not sure exactly what to say on it because to me it is justified via the video. I believe it was either Sticks or Piklas who made the ticket on him and we would need to contact him for the video again.
