I was warned for having a bind of Tass saying some "pedo" stuff. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? This bind was created before the new rule, and i already changed it. I would also like to mention that nobody has told me the bind was a problem, or asked me to remove/change it. Why do i get a straight up warning? When I looked at the screenshot given to me in the staff chat it appeared to be on our winter map, which only made its debut this month during this year. Pedophilia has been against the rules for the entire duration of this month, as well as some months before it. Could you explain why you believe that publicly referring to an incident regarding a kid and a 23+ year-old man is appropriate, especially given that your bind was asking someone to enter the same form of relationship? Regardless if it is a quote, you are responsible for the words you enter into chat. They never said anything and laughed it off, so i took it as a funny meme and made it my bind. Why would i risk a warn for something so dumb? I might be a minge, but i dont break rules. Again, i would've removed it asap if someone even tried talking to me without going straight to admin+. It would appear more than one person had an issue with it, as an smod asked and was granted permission to warn for it. I'll defer to Sixnut's judgement on the situation since you were able to write your argument down in full. I will say that I believe you have a point, but not only is pedophilia and jokes surrounding it not epic to begin with, the Rigbe situation was a particularly disgusting one as it was a case of someone we thought we knew actually grooming multiple individuals. It's truly a dark mark on TitsRP and it's not something we joke around with asking people to "be the x to my rigbe." Like talk about it sure and even some jokes are okay absolutely, but that quote is basically saying "I want to groom you" which goes too far man. Edit: Looks like we'll see what other staff think. The warn IS valid but you also present a valid argument. The judgement we are looking to make is should a player (and ex-staff) of 3.5+ years be warned for inappropriate language in chat or receive a verbal warning first. It's not funny, and you shouldn't find it funny enough to make it a bind. This warn is completely justified, it's pretty simple, do not ever say shit like this. You've seen how we handle these kinds of things now, why would you go and push buttons, and not expect a warn. People are getting banned for things not too far from this. Don't skate on thin ice, it's just not worth it. Have some sort of decency.
