You kept the bind, with someone saying stuff about pedophilia. Tass said that a long time ago, but you decided to keep it as your advert, despite the policy we have towards these statements, that have led to One off Permas. a lot of people didn't get a warning, so I would consider this a lucky break, IMO. If you can show us Tass saying that along with the date, we're absolutely open to punishing him too if it was against the rules at the time of him saying it. You are responsible for what you say in chat barring amazing circumstances, but you have admitted it was intentionally bound so these circumstances are quite normal. Appeal denied. Failure to provide evidence against community guidelines violation (pedophilia), negative staff feedback. This form of content is NOT welcome on our server.
