My aspiration for making this appeal is for my side to be seen because the staff who took the sit did not really care. I was a swat doing my job some random bounty hunter was shooting at some dude and i thought he shot me/at me because if you see in the video the blood splatter so i try to stun gun him but my aim is crappy af he flew away to a building top so the thing i did was followed him and when i got up there i shot him to death! I was trying to show the admin/mod the proof that it was not on purpose like it was just a misunderstanding but he told me he has all the proof and would not let me show me side. You were not damaged by that player at all, but yet you proceeded to follow them and kill them. It was very obvious that the player had no intentions to kill you. Posted August 27, 2020 Share Posted August 27, 2020 (edited) Video shows you clearly not taking damage, not getting hit, or losing any health, you've been playing the server long enough you should know how damage works, you could have checked logs before going after the guy, but you didn't (Don't tell me thats too hard to do in RP, I do it all the time.) RDM accidental or not can result in anywhere from a verbal to a warn - even a ban if avoidable. Falsely killing someone (RDM) Accidental: Verbal warning or warning would be given unless it could have obviously been avoided. - in this scenario you could have avoided this by simply taking 10 seconds to type your name in the damage logs, but you didn't.+1 for removal on the note that while you had not been shot/shot at(You just happened to be near someone getting shot), there were other RP reasons to shoot the bounty hunter. Smelly Posted August 27, 2020 Share Posted August 27, 2020 (edited) Even just watching the video that very conveniently cuts out as you start going after the BH, it is 100% clear as day that the BH was shooting at the Infiltrator. Even IF your health had gone down if they hit you, it's obviously an accident and you were just looking for someone to attack regardless. In addition, you were a cop, and witnessed a murder.
