How does someone deserve a whole month ban because they shit out a few words in a gmod darkrp server?

They have a mute button, they can mute the harasser and ignore each other.

Im pretty sure Tene didnt do shit like kidnap 24/7 or raid.

Also unpopular opinion, Tene only got banned because the person he "harassed" was a female, if it was just a male nobody would gave a fuck and told him to grow up.

 

Anyways, please explain how Tene deserves a MONTH ban and why he didnt get a few days?

i literally pinged the person and asked who they were then stated the situation because of how petty it was, i then moved on within 20seconds pinging jason for my roles back after i was falsely banned. i did shit out a few words, jack summed it up perfectly. called them irrelevant and a hoe. how many people after my ban have gone unpunished for saying more shit than i did? or has every person youve seen say something slightly disrespectful been 30 day banned? probably not - also dont try respond with bullshit like youve been playing long enough to know ive seen people say far worse shit and go literally unpunished. if my 2 mean words are 30 day ban worthy and you used me as an example and you will continue to punish people just as i was for saying little amount of mean words then i am perfectly fine with it. But i highly doubt that will happen, was going to include the whole the person i insulted was female thing but jack already mentioned

bruh i asked who she was, am i not allowed to ask who someone is? literally the only reason i got banned was because i asked who she was in discord then summed up the situation. if i had said shit like "oh fuck you @ellie" in discord then yes i understand that. the following is what got me banned. im not allowed to ask who people are anymore, also not allowed to say shit that happened. Crazy. Also if the reason i was banned was because i pinged them, they could fucking block me? i wasnt going to type their full name out when i could type @ell then press enter.

all i did was ping her and say why she called a sit on me, also i called her a hoe not a whore, i feel like whore more rude. what do you mean by continued on discord. i didnt continue anything. i asked who she was then summed up the reasoning behind her sit which i found petty. in the sit i was told to stop being disrespectful to ellie, which i did , i was then banned for the screenshot i posted before. I wasn't disrespectful towards her after the sit, and yet i was still punished. I didn't continue anything on discord. merely asked a question. Also yes, i did @ her because its faster. also because im pretty sure her discord name is different to the one in the titsrp discord, therefore pinging them would allow people to answer my question if they didnt know her nick but knew her discord name as they could click on it. to finish it off, yes, ur correct, i am a child

what the screen shot shows I dont think he was harassing her at that point. He made a statement about the sit. He did not continue to attack her. In my opinion yea he should not have called her a hoe or whore or what ever but honestly is it even that big of a deal? If you dont want to deal with a person just mute them. Im not saying that its ok to go and say all these things but still seems over the top to ban for this. Was tene banned after the discord comment????

Yes I got banned after I said that in discord where in the sit I was given a verbal to stop being disrespectful to Ellie.
