However due to the distance he was away from his base during the raid this was RDM. Even if the rules do not specifically say this doesn't mean it's okay. Especially considering you hadn't touched his base before you shot him. If this were to be okay then anyone could just walk up and kill someone thats somewhat near their base and say "I was raiding them." I did not break any guidelines or rules and you also can't argue he wasn't IN MY LINE OF SIGHT.
