Watermelone Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 we planted the C4 after the kill, the kill initiated the raid. why am I repeating myself? ok so you falsely initiated a raid by killing me when i wasn't reasonably close to the base, out of an excerpt that cobaselic commented directly from the motd that can support you falsely initiated the raid which would be RDM, so by your own logic the ban is allowed? thank you! Kinda the same rule in law when there is a law you can exploit to justify a legal action against someone. [This is an Example for jacket because he doesn't know what the word "Baiting" means] For instance in Michigan there is a law saying a business cant discriminate on age. Even if their business doesn't allow it. (ie dicks sporting goods with guns) A guy I know turned 18 his father owns a gun store and wanted to buy a rifle. But Dick's Sporting Goods also sells guns in Michigan but for that business you need to be 21. They exploited the law to buy there and then pursue legal action against Dick's when he could have just gotten the gun at his fathers gun store. In most cases the case gets thrown out due to the obvious intent of the lawsuit, if you could have just gotten the product here because he obviously owns the store and could order the specific product why not just order it there? I see the intent in this and think it is very obvious that's what you're trying to do. You're trying to pull one over on us because you had that thread on speed dial. Jacket Posted March 30, 2020 Author Share Posted March 30, 2020 I had no intend to be brought to a sit or be punished, I did not file any reports on the said staff. should I really apologize for having a brain that saves every report/appeal i make on this server? no I did not have it speed dial and I had to search my threads to find it. I did nothing wrong in this situation, but Slick, walter and Watermelone for some reason have bad juju with me and that's the reason im still banned and i'm ever banned. as I said I did not have the intend to get watermelone in trouble if i had any intention i would've included a report in the ban appeal too, this ban is not watermelone's fault. the story goes Yosahe asks me if i want to join his raid on Watermelone and tells me hes outside and we should take care of him in the start of the raid. Yoshe and another party member gears up with talis, as soon as I see watermelone coming I shoot him down and yoshe plants a c4, i get brought to a sit immediately and he claims I wasn't raiding, while sit goes on Yoshe continues the raid and steals the goods, while in the sit also I asked him multiple times if we could continue the sit after i finish my raid, but he replied that hes talking to admins 1 Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/13039-ban-appeal/page/3/#findComment-88211 Share on other sites More sharing options...
