Why were you warned/banned?: One NLR while playing as Batman when I went to zip tie Mugen after he had killed me a couple minutes prior.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I was reviewing my video of my session and I noticed something: The time between me dying to Mugen and going back to tie him is roughtly 3 whole minutes. The Batman timer for aleerting me who has commited a crime and needs to be tied is roughly a minute. This means that the alert I was responding to HAD to be a new kidnapping he had done, which makes it a new RP scenario. On top of this if you watch the video closely, I fly by that rooftop at 2:16 in the video, and you can't see an alert for him at any point when I am flying around the town meaning the alert timer must have indeed run out from the time that I was killed and the time that I saw it again. All of this points to the fact that Mugen must have kidnapped someone new after killing me and I was responding to the new kidnapping, which was a different RP scenario in which an NLR from my death wouldn't be applicable.

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Bunziix | 1 day

Evidence:

Here is the video you can see yourself the time between my death and zip tying him again due to a new alert: https://streamable.com/mmv14

Again, my point was that I never swapped to the zip ties. From your point of view you opened fire on me for walking toward you as Batman and given the circumstances I can understand it when I think of it a little more. My point of this post is to show my evidence I have that I was not breaking NLR by zip tying you after dying and coming back after the new alert I got.

Just because mugen wasted him doesn't mean he's immune to BatmanRP now. Special Educator can clearly be seen going around the city and even attempting to restrain a completely different person before he went after mugen again. I don't see at all how this is NLR.
