It depends if you mean changing the textures through my end or through Galliums end. I don't think changing all textures to a snowy version on the actual map on the workshop is a good idea because it will hinder anyone else using the map if they didn't want it. Doing it through my end is possible by modifying the ground textures to snow but I know that doing this will compromise game stability you you may crash a lot more often.
