I can understand being annoyed at the concept of PD stairs being KOS, but that is how the law has been used since before NoobSlayer even played on this server. If you think it shouldn't be allowed, you should make a suggestion to have it changed, although given how long it has been allowed for, I don't think it would change. There's honestly no reason to stand on PD stairs or windows unless your goal is to fw them, in which case it makes perfect sense that they should be able to arrest/kill you if it's against the law.

It really clearly was RDM, you do not get to break the rules then cancel the vote against you, I don’t care whether or not you believe it was RDM, it was. A ledge is not inside of the PD and if you think it is you are stupid. The only real reason you have so many negative reps is because you only play to ruin other people’s experiences, not once have I seen you take one sit.
