If they have a bounty on them then the reasonable thing to do is to set their bounty to $0. (You can do this by using the cp menu). Also, as seen in the video, he killed you for cuffing him, then you came BACK to cuff him again and then eventually leading to arresting him. (and besides, if a cop is doing pretty bad things (in rp) report it to the Mayor - (out of rp, you call staff). That’s a no if you have a problem with a player you call staff or deal with it in different ways not going and breaking rules You can wait out you’re ban DENIED if the banning staff member wants to reopen this and give you a other chance then so be it.
