Alright, my internet crashed so I asked for a different staff to search in the logs. There was a sit request, so good on you but it gives you NO ground to go back and RDM him. Anyways, i'll wait for other staff to commend their opinions on this before ending it off here

As a side note, keja made 4 sit requests about jacket RDMing him. Nubpc can't do his job right.

Let's get fucking real here. Nubpc refuses to bring up logs or show evidence from logs, because he is afraid that he made a mistake. He did make a mistake, and all this bullshit he's spewing out of his mouth is to protect his oh so precious, newly acquired Smod role. 

 

i don't understand this, the video shows me issuing the warrant, and the mayor accepting it, and me killing Keja, why would he bring up logs? and what logs do you want?

 

and Speedy Rebel, i have tried raiding them once before, like 2-1 hours before my cp raid, and yes, Keja countered my first raid, and Yes, i have used !party to my advantage by "Meta Gaming" which is a thing i do all the time,

 

and i believe making someone stay outside watching the whole base and complaining when the guard dies in a raid is kinda childish, to be honest not allowing the method that i used is kinda brain dead, it's just like a free out of prison card, which no opponent wants, and Walter and Doc Agree with me on this situation, as it happened to me once and i myself complained about it and walter approved the method.

All the evidence is here. Anyways, after discussing with Umbak I have learned that Keja is quite new to the game. During the sit, it seemed that he was covering himself up until it was blatant during the video.

 

Anyways, I will unban Keja and replace it with an RRDM warning. Some of you on here today were immature about this situation, but Keja deserves another chance

After speaking to both Keja and NuBpC, I've determined Keja's intentions were not malicious and he was not attempting to intentionally waste Nub's time, therefore "wasting admins time" is not applicable.

 

Jacket was not in the wrong to kill Keja as he initiated the raid, however considering Keja has a clean track-record and is a new player, I've spoken to Nub about having his ban removed and instead exchanged for a warn, because Jacket was not breaking the rules by killing Keja, however Keja was also not aware that was Jacket initiating the raid, he even said he sent in sits and the sit logs were confirmed.

 

Accepted, your ban is being removed and being exchanged for a warn.
