I repeatedly shot at the ground and asked him to go away and KOSed him when he refused and kept following me to try and stab me for XP bottles. He later came around and started following me again doing the same things. I KOSed him again after warning him and trying to get him to go away. After a third time of him doing this, he used it as an excuse to call a sit. The staff in question, rubik, pretty much immediately banned me when he couldn't find logs of Jew damaging me. You are allowed to warn someone if they excessively follow you and especially if they shoot/swing weapons at you. I feel like he failed completely to even ask me my side of what happened or look further into it. Also, the entire time the sit was going on, Jew was spamming in chat calling me a faggot and whining about "RDM" that wasn't RDM. Who banned you? rubik(STEAM_0:0:21624885) Evidence: I can't really prove that Rubik ended the sit without listening and I can't exactly /slogs while I'm banned but unless he feels like being a total scumbag and lying about the sit, he will admit to having banned me immediately pretty much. It's also of note that Jew Shark or whatever his name was is likely a troll. He was probably only following me around to bait me into killing him so he could bitch and moan about "RDM" and then claim it was somehow a coincidence that he followed me around 3 lives in a row on different routes trailing straight behind me and swinging his knife. EDIT: If for whatever reason this is somehow invalid or there's some loophole or subtext on a rule I missed then I would like someone to tell Bunziix that he's free to sell someone else the CC slot I bought for the week and give me back the $ I paid for it that week. Gnome Posted June 23, 2018 Author Share Posted June 23, 2018 I used the hold E warn and my mic to warn him. I thought that was the whole point of the E menu warn? The mic warns consisted of "Stop following me or I'll shoot" and "Stop swinging that weapon at me" several times. I was repeatedly saying in the sit that he had been following me around and swinging the weapon in my direction after being told to stop and all rubik did was say "I have logs don't waste your breath" and ignore me. People would just lie to get out of things and would be so annoying. Soo, you say you used the e menu and if this is true I see no reason why you were banned. And the person that killed him said he used the e system to warn him. And that’s totally fine But idk if THIs is with other staff Have this but when people use the e system it don’t show up in logs for me. So what I do is tell them not to use that and advert it because that’s always shows in logs. So if what you are saying about the banning staff member Just banning you like that and if he didn’t put in all that he should of in this sit . That’s not okay . He clearly didn’t damage you at all and a second moderator also told you that the kill was not justified because zero damage was done to you. This happened at least 3 times and logs also showed you killing multiple other people unprovoked. I have SS of logs. Will post when I can. I’m sorry if you feel like I didn’t give you a fair chance to explain but what you said was not what I saw in logs. Anyways,I will be cool and ask an available staff to lift your ban since you don’t have any reputation of being a minge and you did make the effort to appeal.
