I mean, ask Cynthia who the guy that was shooting me was, because why can't I join to sell in an auction and why would he shoot me? I literally had my Pockets (Inventory thingy in this server) since I just came from fishing. The guy could've been shooting you because you were putting explosives. This will most likely be denied on account of failure to provide sufficient evidence. Was any money being made by any players? Why did you throw an explosive knowing that it would hurt other people? You are responsible for your own explosives under all reasonable circumstances. No idea if there were raidables, but probably money made, yes. I threw an explosive because I wanted to kill the dude shooting at me, as I don't have any other offensive weapons. I didn't know it would hurt other people because I was chucking explosives behind me (i.e. the person behind me shooting at me) and I didn't see the crowd of people until I turned around, before getting shot to death. I was getting shot at, I didn't have anything to fight with except bombs, so I turn around, scrolled to the nearest explosive I have (the throwy boom boom) and started spamming it, and there was most likely 2 in the room (it's very slow to reload). I'm Neutral I don't know if an auction is a raidable location, but the person (he had a blue name, probably a Government class) said I wasn't allowed there, I sidestepped him, he started shooting me before I got to the end of the hallway. My guard asked you to leave, and you didn't. This was a 100% public area, and no money making entities or raidables were present. You 100% knew what you were doing when you threw the explosives, and you only did it to minge. When you play this game, we assume you are bringing basic knowledge such as what an explosive does if you throw it to a crowd. Killing the guard would have been fine, filling the kill feed is not.
