Maybe a vote by all mods on who to promote? just a suggestion, but idk but we either need higher ups to be more active or we need new admins(+). i'm almost always on the forum, but it seems you guys just make reports on any and all the things you can. i let it go on so people can defend themselves, or anyone with other evidence can help with the report. Psychopathic Posted July 15, 2017 Share Posted July 15, 2017 Putting together a tmod (with dates they became tmods), mod, admin list that stays updated with the promotions, demotions, etc Since we don't have "head moderators" and talking about promoting people to admin is like pulling teeth, have a couple mods have admin/Sugars approval for going through appeals and shit to get them wrapped up. "Waiting for a higher ups decision" that takes a week isn't right. I personally think people should have to advert warn ONLY, that way we have logs of it. The issue with verbal warnings is that we can't prove them, so it turns into a he said-she said issue.
