So after reviewing the clip, it's pretty obvious that he says the Hard R. As already said, oRuin should definitely know better as he does have priors for Player Toxicity and would've received a 3d ban for another situation if he hadn't paid the reporter to take it down.

I'm going to be +1 for a 3d ban for PlayerTox with a note

oRuin, I like you but you need to keep slurs out of your mouth, you know we don't allow them at all.

This user has a recent warn for player tox, and a recent note for player tox as beeteeth stated in her first comment. I think the punishment should be more than 3 days as this player doesnt seem to learn.

we reserve harsher ptox punishments for extreme cases. Saying a slur is not an " extreme " case at least in this context.

I don't understand why this is so controversial, he very clearly dropped the hard r. +1 for 3d Player Toxicity ban + Verbal regarding this situation

So just to make absolutely sure I replayed the video atleast 10-15 times, and every single time I'm hearing an "er" sound at the end. I'm sorry man but it gets to a point where even if you meant it with an A, all it sounds like is the Hard R.

 

Accents can be tough but I don't know many that have er sound like uh, so with that being said considering your priors a 3d ban for player toxicity is warranted.

  Just wanted to add in as one of the warning staff members, I should've clarified the ptox was minor as fuck someone else was shouting hard r and he said you cant say the word but typed it out, after looking back on that I was being insulted in ooc for not taking sits just trying to relax maybe a warn was too harsh at that time and i got ancy, if I was still staff I wouldve removed it due to ruin not being as old of a player as I thought he was.

Due to a mistake on my part in forgetting to get his original Player Tox verbal dropped, the ban will be shortened to one day and the verbal finally removed.

 

oRuin originally contacted me a little under two weeks ago when he received a verbal for player tox as he was telling another player they weren't allowed to say the hard r. He actually said the hard r in that scenario and received a verbal because of it. While we do indeed give punishments if the player says a disallowed word in OOC or another public channel, it's a little more lax if they said it in local chat and only did it for the purpose of making clear to a new player that saying it isn't allowed.
