If you could provide a few names on who told you that I'd appreciate it, because eating food outside of a base is not a raid action. By this logic if you were next door to a restaurant owner you'd be getting raided every 3 minutes. Or if you use an armor pack outside of spawn tunnel with someone basing in the building immediately to your right.

I dont wanna call out who it is and make them look silly if theyre wrong, so I will dm them. But what about the deplorable shields?

you do not own the street as a baser. as long as the shields arent directly blocking your door or going into your base it is not raiding. You can kill them with a loitering sign.

My face when i accidentally eat my covid food outside of pd and am instantly gunned down

The deployable shields I'm actually not 100% on, I guess if it's blatantly obvious and a sit is made it'd be a staff discretion thing? Like if you post up 8 of them in front of a base then it'd be pretty clear you have intent to raid

Also Blue just confirmed that popping food/shields isn't a raiding action.

Placing deployable shields counts as a raiding action only if done inside a base.
