Mcbaby got warned by the mod bukavac last night. He should have his warn removed, because it involved a situation where someone was outside the base and used an armour

Thank you everyone for the Rule clarification, @Bukavacplease read this thread. as it pertains to the sits you were in last night with me, mcbaby and the warn you gave because you thought popping a food outside of a base was a raid action.

I agree with you man. Unfortunately staff entertains a certain group of people, where you have to ask questions like this.

its not "a certain group" its a certain type of people that get mentally conditioned to this shit who play or become staff that perpetuate this shit (you included)

but its still not too late to just have staff prevent other staff from encouraging stuff like this, these sort of vague, rare circumstances causes micro-rules to be made because someone cried to staff because a loophole was made, which is why the issue of unwritten rules exists, and which is why things like counter raiding are against the rules completely, which just inhibits more reports and staff crying, a vicious cycle

 

Staff would rather make entire new rules or definitions to stop a loophole even if itll hinder so many other things, oh a serial killer is playing his job but he kidnaps a person raiding who wasnt paying attention, well according to titsrp penal code 7.902c a player in 2019 would have his friend get on a kidnapping job to prevent any sort of raiding on their base, so we must also give this player a warn! 

 

There should be game features to punish players who pussy out on raids and destroy ents on a pretense that they may get raided and have their shit rocked

but there should be less staff weaponizing to get disliked people banned on whatever technicality they can find to have them warned

 

the argument i was given in gen chat was that he reported because he used his hard grinded raiding materials just to not use them because you logged.

Flopping to get a red card for the opponent in professional soccer isn't allowed, why is it allowed here????

I cant be the only person tired of these rule reaching and rule lawyering that has become a big part of what even happens on the server nowadays, it just sets precedents for people to "flop" and get people they dislike in trouble with staff. and setting precedents of what people can and cant get away with to be aids.

 

TLDR; Staff should stop promoting being a bad sport because its causing adverse affects on the server
