You can totally suggest it but to be blunt Not a single person serious or goofin is on your side with this topic. Do what you want to, but seriously it has literally just been disclosed by an admin of the server that it will be denied upon suggestion end of story. I get what you are trying to do but once again there is already a rule stating as long as its not deemed toxic or hate speech of any kind it will be treated as a false report. Creating safe spaces for players is important to us but at the end of the day people are allowed to have opinions even if they don't align with you. It is your responsibility as a adult to feel and think for yourself. If you dont like what is being said and an admin says too bad the only option like stated before is to mute that person or people and go about your day.
